Dr. Phil Rips U.S. Colleges As ‘Liberal Woke Hotbeds Fostering’ Antisemitism

Dr. Phil

Dr. Phil McGraw spoke out on Sunday to blast American universities as “liberal woke hotbeds fostering” antisemitism after the heads of Harvard University, MIT, and the University of Pennsylvania exhibited what he described as a “sickening smugness” while testifying before Congress about this issue.

McGraw Sounds Off

The Jerusalem Post reported that after the leaders of Harvard University, MIT and the University of Pennsylvania went before Congress last week, McGraw said that they exhibited “an arrogance and dismissiveness seldom seen in that forum” as they claimed that calling for the genocide of Jews only violates their schools’ bullying and harassment policies when said in the “proper context.”

“To be 100% clear, using the dictionary definition of genocide, the question becomes, does calling for the deliberate killing of a large number of Jews with the aim of destroying the Jewish ethnic group and the nation of Israel violate your policy against bullying and harassment?” McGraw stated in a video posted to social media.

After reviewing the testimony of the school leaders, McGraw only became more frustrated and disgusted.

“How much context would be required if the student organizations were demonstrating in support of genocide of all Asians, Catholics, blacks or gays?” McGraw asked. “‘I’ll tell you how much: none.”

“And you know what? There should be none,” he continued. “All of these groups deserve protection and the right to attend school without fear, and so do the Jewish students.”

McGraw Watched Footage Of Hamas Attacks

Not stopping there, McGraw proceeded to say that he had watched video released by the Israel Defense Forces that includes raw footage of the Hamas terrorist attacks on Israel that occurred on October 7.

“The sexual assaults perpetrated on the women and girls were so sick and twisted as to defy explanation,” McGraw stated. “These were not acts of war; they were mass murdering cowards, high on the drug Captagon, while they celebrated and tallied up their kills like they were in a drunken bar game on a Saturday night.”

“I was so sickened by video images I can never unsee what was done to babies in cribs and young girls begging for their lives,” he added. “I am changed forevermore.”

McGraw accused the presidents of American universities of giving in to the terror with their actions.

“I love and stand with my Jewish brothers and sisters,” McGraw said, ending the video by lighting orange Hannukah candles in honor of Ariel and Kfri Bibas, two Israeli children who were taken hostage and remain in Gaza.

“This menorah is a reminder that light always prevails over darkness and good over evil as an American,” McGraw concluded.

UPENN President Resigns

This comes after Liz Magill resigned as president of the University of Pennsylvania following the backlash over her congressional testimony.

“It has been my privilege to serve as President of this remarkable institution. It has been an honor to work with our faculty, students, staff, alumni, and community members to advance Penn’s vital missions,” Magill said in a brief statement, according to NPR.

CNN reported that calls are growing for Harvard President Claudine Gay and MIT President Sally Kornbluth to resign as well after their disastrous testimony.

“One down. Two to go,” Republican Rep. Elise Stefanik of New York wrote on social media. “In the case of @Harvard, President Gay was asked by me 17x whether calling for the genocide of Jews violates Harvard’s code of conduct. She spoke her truth 17x. And the world heard.”

What’s happened to American colleges is nothing short of a travesty, and we applaud McGraw for having the courage to speak out against the anti-semitism that is spiking on campuses all over the country. What do you think about what he had to say? Let us know in the comments section.
