Asher is a young little boy with Down Syndrome. He was turned down from baby modeling opportunities because they were not looking for a “special needs” baby.

Asher’s mom wasn’t happy about it, and she told her story on Facebook – and that’s when thousands of comments of support and praise for Asher started coming in!

Then it got even better – Wisconsin children’s clothing company Oshkosh B’Gosh scooped up the young prince, and now everybody is going to get to see him!

From FaithIt:

Asher was originally turned down because they never “requested a special needs baby,” but his mama refused to give up!

Unless you live under a rock, you probably remember when Asher, a one-year-old with Down syndrome, went viral in October after being rejected for a modeling casting call because it wasn’t for a “special needs baby.” Asher’s mom, Meagan, sent her story to the Kids With Down Syndrome FB page, and soon Asher was an adorably viral sensation! Here’s the post, to refresh your memory.

Well, after the WHOLE Internet rallied behind Asher and his mama, kids’ clothing retailer Osh Kosh B’Gosh decided he would be just perfect for their ads after all! Now Asher is changing the face of beauty and modeling industry standards in a new Christmas ad. Check him out!

This was a happy ending to a terrible beginning. I am so happy for this young man who still was able to find joy in a situation that could have turned out really bad.

Here are a few responses to the story via Facebook:

These great responses show the love we have for our kids. Asher is a miracle and a little angel, and I am glad he’s getting the attention he deserves.

Please share this incredible stories with your friends and family!
