Trump Admin Expels Cuban Diplomats After US Officials Found With ‘Physical Symptoms’

The State Department expelled two Cuban diplomats from an embassy in Washington after it was learned that multiple American officials had experienced “physical symptoms” due to “incidents” in Havana.

The ailing US personnel have not been authorized to speak on the matter and officials have yet to describe their symptoms or provide details of the incidents which led to them.

Upon learning of the conditions of the Americans, the State Department responded by expelling the Cuban diplomats on May 23rd.

The Free Beacon reports:

Some United States government personnel on official duty in Havana, Cuba have reported feeling a variety of “physical symptoms” following “incidents,” according to a State Department spokesperson.

There are concerns about the safety of these diplomats, and the FBI is currently investigating the matter, CBS Radio News reports. The U.S. responded by asking two Cuban officials in the U.S. to leave the country on May 23.

The State Department has so far not specified what these “incidents” were and what “symptoms” the diplomats were experiencing.

State Department officials would only say they had reminded the Cuban regime of their duty to protect diplomats under the Vienna Convention.

President Obama and top Democrat contenders for the presidency in 2020 have long sought to normalize relations with Cuba, forgetting that the country is still run by the Castro dictatorship, specifically Raul Castro, brother of the recently deceased Fidel Castro.

Here is an image of Obama at an historic visit to Cuba, standing at attention in front of an image of the murderous oppressor, Che Guevara.

Here are NY Democrats praising governor Andrew Cuomo for doing the same …

Since President Trump took office, he has led bipartisan efforts to roll back Obama’s disastrous policies with Cuba.

Republican Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, Democratic New Jersey Sen. Bob Menendez and Republican Florida Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart all helped play a role in rolling back all of Obama’s policies towards Cuba, signifying a major shift in U.S. foreign policy.

Tensions will grow once more between the U.S. and Cuba if it’s learned the government had any role in causing officials to return to America with ‘physical symptoms.’
