Bill Clinton Says Trump’s Oval Office Should Be ‘Command Center’ Not ‘A Storm Center’ – ‘There’s Only Chaos’

Former President Bill Clinton’s speech during the virtual Democratic National Convention on Tuesday targeted President Donald Trump’s handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, claiming that “the Oval Office should be a command center. Instead, it’s a storm center.”

Clinton also said Trump will continue “to deny responsibility.”

Clinton on Trump’s leadership: ‘The buck never stops there’

Clinton further said of Trump’s coronavirus response, “At a time like this, the Oval Office should be a command center. Instead, it’s a storm center. There’s only chaos.”

“Just one thing never changes, his determination to deny responsibility and shift the blame,” Clinton continued. “The buck never stops there.”

Clinton says Trump is someone who spends ‘hours a day watching TV and zapping people on social media’

The former president went on, “Now you have to decide whether to renew his contract or hire someone else. If you want a president who defines the job as spending hours a day watching TV and zapping people on social media, he’s your man.”

Clinton added, “Our party is united in offering you a very different choice, a go to work president, a down to earth, get the job done guy, a man with a mission to take responsibility, not shift the blame, concentrate, not distract, unite, not divide.”

“Our choice is Joe Biden,” Clinton said, speaking for his party.

Bill Clinton is a strange choice by Democrats to lecture Donald Trump on the sanctity of the Oval Office

Calling the Oval Office “chaos” under President Trump is quite peculiar coming from a man many say disgraced that office when he decided to have an affair with young intern Monica Lewinsky during his tenure in the White House.

Former President Clinton also initially insisted “I did not have sex with that woman,” a claim later proved to be untrue.

Democrats really did pick a questionable spokesman to lecture Donald Trump on how to be presidential.
