A company known for making politically themed action figures for Democrats is launching a campaign to fund their latest project – a figure molded after Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

The company, FCTRY, set up a Kickstarter effort to raise $15,000 to help fund the project and have easily exceeded their goal.

“There’s a new force in the Democratic Party,” the campaign reads. “Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has been called a game changer, a radical, a firebrand. But mostly people just call her … AOC!”

We can think of a few other things people call her.

No word on whether or not the AOC action figure will come complete with a set where your doll can completely stage photos of her crying at the southern border.

“We’ve got a pretty good track record of spotting real-life heroes in the making and from where we sit, AOC has the makings of a legend,” the company claims.

Irony Alert

There is some red-flag irony to be found in this particular AOC action figure, specifically the materials being used to manufacture her.

According to the site, the “AOC Action Figure is made from a combination of PVC and ABS plastics, and stands approximately six inches tall.”

Plastics, eh?

According to The American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE), a professional organization for chemical engineers, ABS “is made from petroleum-derived chemicals.”

Oil. It’s made from oil.

It is also not biodegradable.

Curious how the environmental wunderkind would explain away that clear violation of the Green New Deal.

An Action Figure as Crazy as AOC

It’s no easy task manufacturing a toy that matches the level of crazy with its model. Yet, FCTRY did their best.

From the face that doesn’t even remotely resemble the Congresswoman, right down to the minute details such as the all-white AOC likes to sport while staging sympathetic photos for illegal immigrants, the company really put forth a solid effort.

Can’t knock the hustle as they say.

Still, the manufacturer would be hard-pressed to capture the utter lunacy that AOC encapsulates. For example, this project by The Intercept in which the New York socialist narrated a short film extolling the virtues of the Green New Deal, reminding viewers that the world will end in 12 years and comparing the fight against climate change to World War II.

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) at one point took the superhero hyperbole a bit far, suggesting the resistance party – of which AOC is a leader – is just like ‘The Avengers,’ trying to save the country.

It would seem this company manufacturing the AOC action figure would agree.
