A Week After O’Reilly Leaving, Sean Hannity Hit With Sexual Harassment Accusations

Conservative hero and Fox News host Sean Hannity has been accused by attorney and blogger Debbie Schlussel of sexual harassment.

These bombshell accusations come at a difficult time for the Fox News Network, as Bill O’Reilly abruptly exited the network last week after sexual harassment accusations and millions of dollars were apparently paid out to alleged victims.

Schlussel shared her accusations on an Oklahoma radio talk show. When host Pat Campbell asked Schlussel if she had seen or experienced inappropriate behavior at Fox, Schlussel responded by noting she had only witnessed inappropriate behavior by Sean Hannity, “not by Bill O’Reilly.”

She claims that Hannity tried to get her to visit his hotel room during an appearance in Detroit, Michigan. She allegedly refused, which “doomed” her from appearing on Hannity’s show again.

But Sean Hannity is not someone who backs down from a fight. That’s why he and his team fired back with a brutal response. This is powerful and Hannity is suing!

“LET ME BE CLEAR – THE COMMENTS ABOUT ME ON A RADIO SHOW THIS WEEK by this individual are 100% false and a complete fabrication.

This individual is a serial harasser who has been lying about me for well over a decade. The individual has a history of making provably false statements against me in an effort to slander, smear and besmirch my reputation.

The individual has not just slandered me over the years but many people who this individual disagrees with.

This individual desperately seeks attention by any means necessary, including making unfounded personal attacks and using indefensible and outrageous political rhetoric.

My patience with this individual is over. I have retained a team of some of the finest and toughest lawyers in the country who are now in the process of laying out the legal course of action we will be taking against this individual.

In this fiercely divided & vindictive political climate, I will no longer allow slander and lies about me to go unchallenged, as I see a coordinated effort afoot to now silence those with conservative views. I will fight every single lie about me by all legal means available to me as an American.”

This isn’t the first attack by Schlussel, as she once made accusations against Hannity for working with Freedom Alliance and claimed wounded veterans were barely receiving any donations from the millions Hannity raised for them. This claim was later shown to be false.

Ironically, Hannity has an impeccable reputation with his colleagues. But Soros-backed groups such as Media Matters have seen how powerful sexual harassment accusations can be, having advertisers turn against shows. They have claimed O’Reilly’s scalp and now Hannity is in the crosshairs.
