Trump Family Goes to Church on Easter, President Says ‘Never Been Happier!’

“Happy Easter!” President Trump tweeted Easter morning. “I have never been happier or more content because your Country is doing so well, with an Economy that is the talk of the World and may be stronger than it has ever been before. Have a great day!”

The president had been on vacation at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida.

On Sunday, President Trump and First Lady Melania attended an Easter service at the Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea in Palm Beach. They were also joined by the president’s daughter Tiffany Trump and her boyfriend Michael Boulos.

“Happy Easter everybody, have a great day,” the president said to reporters.

After church, the Trump family had brunch then returned to Mar-a-Lago. He returned to the White House Sunday night.

‘Never been happier!’

The president should be happy. After nearly two years of being investigated for alleged collusion with Russia during the 2016 election, Special Counsel Robert Mueller has determined that no crimes occurred.

Democrats are absolutely outraged with the outcome of the Mueller report. The White House, on the other hand, is elated.

“It is outrageous the way that the media and Democrats have behaved [about this]. And frankly, the meltdown that we saw unfold on TV [on Thursday] is truly astonishing,” White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said in the wake of the release of the Mueller report.

“But it’s a great day for America, not just because it’s a great day for the president, but it’s a good thing when can say that not just the president, not just his campaign — but no American is involved in colluding with the foreign government,” she added.

Sanders also said:

“And it’s a sad day in America when Democrats and members of the liberal media are sad that it didn’t happen. To me, that’s the most mind-blowing thing of this, that they would want someone from their own country to have worked with a foreign government to take down the president and interfere with the election … President Trump is president because he had a better message, a better vision, and he outworked his opponent. He beat [Democrat] Hillary Clinton fair and square [in 2016].”

A sad day indeed. The president has been found innocent of conspiring with a foreign power to undermine a U.S. election.

Every American should be happy about that, yet Democrats are not. It’s almost as if they care more about their partisan agenda than what’s best for the country!
