Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith have broken their silence after his former assistant claimed to have walked in on him having sex with the actor Duane Martin.

Smith Denies Shocking Claims

While appearing on the “Unwine With Tasha K” podcast earlier this week, Smith’s former assistant Brother Bilaal claimed that he once walked in on the actor and Martin having anal sex.

“I opened the door to Duane’s dressing room and that’s when I see Duane having anal sex with Will,” he alleged. “There was a couch and Will was bent over the couch and Duane was standing up killing him, murdering him. It was murder in there.”

A rep for Smith has since fired back by telling TMZ, “This story is completely fabricated and the claim is unequivocally false.”

Pinkett Smith Speaks Out

Pinkett Smith has also addressed Bilaal’s claims by indicating that she and her husband plan to sue him.

“Let me just say this,” she said during an interview on The Breakfast Club. “It’s ridiculous, right? And it’s nonsense. And this is a person that tried a shakedown, a money shakedown that didn’t work.”

“We’re gonna take legal action,” she continued. “Because it’s one thing to have your opinion about somebody, versus just making up salacious, malicious stories. So, that’s actionable. So we ‘gon roll with that.”

Pinkett Smith went on to claim that the allegations are “not true” and that Bilaal previously worked on a book with Smith that he feels that he was not compensated properly for.

“It’s based around this person’s idea that they, in some way, were doing business around Will’s book, and that they spent money, or what have you, and that they needed to be compensated. So he already tried to do this money shakedown,” she said. “Will was willing to give him a certain amount, and he didn’t take it. So, this whole situation is based on that.”

“Like I told you, we ‘bout to take legal action,” she concluded.

A source close to the Smith family also denied Bilaal’s claims, telling People Magazine, “They’ve dealt with — and ignored — innuendo and homophobic rumors for years. Will and Jada are united that this is just another person trying to use their fame for advancement. They will sue him.”

Martin Stays Quiet

Martin has yet to speak out about these allegations, but he and his ex-wife Tisha Campbell laughed off similar claims back in 2007.

“Our theory is that it’s really a slave mentality. Whenever the Black community has leaders, potential leaders or a family unit, we emasculate them,” Campbell said at the time, according to The Los Angeles Times. “You don’t ever see them do that to Ben Affleck or Matt Damon. They can be friends, and be powerful individually or collectively and do amazing things.”

Martin chimed in to add, “It’s a Brat Pack when white people do it.”

Last month, Pinkett Smith shocked the world when she revealed that she and Smith have been secretly separated since 2016. Despite this, the couple reportedly have no plans to divorce.
