Following an argument on “The View,” host Whoopi Goldberg reportedly spit at and unleashed a verbal tirade against Judge Jeanine Pirro, demanding that she leave the building.

The pair had engaged in a tense exchange on the show Thursday, where Pirro was promoting her book, ‘Liars, Leakers and Liberals: The Case Against the Anti-Trump Conspiracy.’

Discussion amongst the ladies pivoted toward the President at one point, and Pirro committed the thought crime of citing facts that show America by “every metric” is better under Donald Trump than it was under Barack Obama.

“Unemployment is lower than it’s been in fifty years,” she stated. “Minorities, Hispanics, African-Americans have jobs … the GDP under Obama was barely one, we’re going up to four.”

At that point, reality seemed to grate at Goldberg and she stepped in. The ensuing fireworks were something to behold.

Things truly escalated when Pirro, responding to something Meghan McCain said, pointed back to Goldberg.

“Did you just point at me?” Goldberg yelled. “Listen, I don’t have Trump derangement [syndrome]. Let me tell you what I have. I’m tired of people starting a conversation with ‘Mexicans are liars and rapists.'”

She added, “I’ve never seen anybody whip up such hate, I’ve never seen anybody be so dismissive, and clearly you don’t watch the show, so you don’t know that [I don’t suffer from Trump derangement].”

“What I suffer from is the inability to figure out how to fix this. That’s my issue.”

“You know what’s horrible?” Pirro shot back. “When people who shouldn’t be here end up murdering the children of American citizens. What’s horrible is we have sanctuary cities.”

“What is horrible is when the president of the United States whips up people to beat the hell out of people,” Goldberg countered, before ranting, “Say goodbye. I’m done.”

No, Whoopi, you suffer from a lot more than an inability to figure things out. I suspect there will one day be volumes written in psychological journals about what you suffer from.

The argument was so intense that Goldberg had to address it after the break, but she never offered an apology.

“You saw me do something I very rarely do, I very rarely lose my cool and I’m not proud of it,” she said. “I don’t like it. But I also don’t like being accused of being hysterical because that is one of the things I try not to be on this show.”

The rage coming from “The View” host didn’t stop there according to Pirro. Goldberg allegedly launched a spittle-fueled tirade against her backstage after the segment.

Pirro detailed the fight backstage to Fox News host, Sean Hannity.

“When I went off the stage, Sean, I’m walking downstairs and I said something like, Whoopi I fought for victims my whole life and she came at me as I was leaving and she said ‘F you’ in my face – literally spitting at me, ‘F you, get the F out of this building,'” Pirro said on Hannity’s radio show.

“And I said to her, ‘did you just say that?’ She said that’s what I said, ‘get the F out of this building’ and she was screaming at me and I’m walking out of the building like a dog who was just kicked off.”

Sources at the New York Post confirmed details of the altercation.

“Jeanine tried telling her she’s fought for victims her whole life,” one source described the incident.

That’s when “Whoopi got in her face and said that they’ve known each other a long time, but still, ‘F*** you, get the f*** out of this building.'”

“Jeanine looked stunned.”

Goldberg has that rare combination as a liberal on “The View” of being completely passionate about what she says while simultaneously having no clue whatsoever regarding what she’s talking about.

Should 'The View' be taken off the air?

She has railed against Dr. Ben Carson as ‘blaming poor people for being poor’ when he was simply advising them not to get comfortable with receiving government handouts. (RELATED: Whoopi Goldberg Attacks Ben Carson Over His Comments on Public Housing).

Whoopi has also asserted that she’s more qualified to be President than Donald Trump. Why? Because she’s more informed. (RELATED: Whoopi Goldberg Claims She’s More Qualified Than Trump to be President).

“Here’s the difference, when I speak, at least you know that I’ve actually looked stuff up, so people think that I might be more aware,” she said. “People know that I’ve had a wide variety of lives, so they think I might know some stuff.”

Oh, and then there’s that time she threatened to leave the country if Trump won the election. Guess what? She’s still here. (RELATED: Whoopi Goldberg Threatens To Leave America If This Happens).

Whoopi Goldberg’s unhinged reaction is perfectly emblematic of the left’s inability to cope in the era of Trump.
