A White House aide on Monday had to shut down reporters who had been told there would be no questions during a photo op with Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte.
Of particular note was CNN’s Jim Acosta, long known for shouting questions at times that are both in disregard of the rules of decorum and in poor taste.
Acosta was back at it again, but the aide shut him down rather quickly and rushed him out of the room, all the while escorting him out of the Oval Office like an unruly elementary school child.
As the photo op concluded, an absolute frenzy ensued – reporters shouting questions and aides trying to direct them out of the room.
Above that fray was Acosta, the loudest mouth in the land, shouting a question about collusion.
“Mr. President, Mr. President,” Acosta shouted, “if there was no collusion, why does Rudy Giuliani consider there’s no crime in collusion?”
The aide quickly stepped in saying something I think we all feel upon seeing the CNN reporter in action: “Let’s go, make your way out. Let’s go. Move Jim! Let’s go. Keep going Jim. Jim, we’re leaving. Come on Jim. Go. We’re done.”

It’s not really hard to imagine why the President calls on outlets like the Daily Caller when amateur operations such as CNN behave in this manner.
Acosta’s question was pertaining to comments made by Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani, who had said earlier that the act of colluding itself doesn’t even amount to a crime.
“I’ve been sitting here, looking in the federal code, trying to find collusion as a crime. Collusion is not a crime,” Giuliani claimed. “Everything that’s been released so far shows the president absolutely innocent. He didn’t do anything wrong.”
Meanwhile, Acosta whined about not being able to shout his question at the President because the aides were “screaming” over him. He was mad that they screamed louder … or something.
This audio is a pretty good example of how the WH aides also known as press wranglers are almost screaming as reporters try to ask questions of Trump in our “pool sprays.” https://t.co/rngjFTf93b

This wouldn’t be the first time, nor likely the last, that Acosta acted like a ‘court jester.’ (RELATED: James Woods Obliterates CNN ‘Court Jester’, Jim Acosta).
In early July, he tried to tie the tragic shooting at the Capital Gazette newspaper in Maryland to the President’s partially hyperbolic comments that the press is the enemy of the American people.
CNN’s resident stooge shouted the question from the back of a room, knowing full well Trump would not be able to hear him, trying to draw attention to himself as a journalistic warrior. (RELATED: Sarah Sanders Just Delivered a Piledriver to Jim Acosta’s Ego).
The display even prompted a former producer for CNN to call Acosta out as “self-serving” and “an embarrassment on multiple levels.”
Truly an embarrassment, on multiple levels. Jim Acosta’s self-serving antics give all good journalists a bad name. https://t.co/TarlLVZ3RZ

The White House would be well-served to have the aforementioned aide shadow CNN’s ’embarrassment’ at all press availability from here on out. Or simply play this recording every time he opens his mouth.
“Move Jim! Let’s go. Keep going Jim.”
