Kurt Suzuki, catcher for the World Series champion Washington Nationals, blasted critics who attacked him for sporting a MAGA hat during the team’s White House celebration with President Trump.
Suzuki hammered leftists who complained about the playful move saying that far too many people like to make too much out of mundane things in today’s political climate.
“It was amazing. That was the president. Just trying to have some fun,” Suzuki told USA Today.
And for those who have a problem with it, the champ essentially says to simmer down.
“Everybody makes everything political. It was about our team winning the World Series,” he added.

Liberal Heads Explode
As could easily be predicted, the left and their constant death penalty for anybody even vaguely supportive of Trump were in full hyperventilation mode after Suzuki donned the MAGA hat.
Matters got worse shortly thereafter when teammate and first baseman Ryan Zimmerman took the stage and thanked the President for “keeping everyone here safe in our country” and “continuing to make America the greatest country to live in the world.”

Congratulations @Nationals. You have now squandered all the good will you had among non-racist, non-corrupt, non-misogynist baseball fans. Well done. https://t.co/P5SNQOfreK

Then there was this particularly unintelligent take …

Ironic the party who claims “love over hate” is at it again showing their hatred by chastising people who don’t conform to their beliefs.
Thank you @kurtsuzuki for not caving into communist bullies & showing love for our president and country! https://t.co/0SUixh3r7y

White House Visit Really Hurt the Snowflakes
Aside from the hatred for Kurt Suzuki and Ryan Zimmerman, nothing seemed to go particularly according to plan for the snowflakes who can’t tolerate people showing respect for the President.
A Washington Post columnist tried coming to the rescue by posting a selectively edited video that appeared to show Series MVP Stephen Strasburg avoiding a handshake from President Trump.
It gave libs a warm fuzzy for all of about a few minutes.
Strasburg tweeted for the first time in almost two years calling the video “#FakeNews.”

Still, a handful of players did refuse to visit the White House, the most vocal of them being Sean Doolittle, a platoon reliever for the Nationals who said President Trump’s words somehow enable racism and white supremacy.
“The rhetoric, time and time again, has enabled those kinds of behaviors,” Doolittle told the Washington Post.
The only bigotry here is coming from the left, people who have shown their intolerance for others like Suzuki, Zimmerman, and anyone who dares support the President.
