Political Cartoon Perfectly Mocks Anti-Trump Protestors

Trump Protesters

I’m not completely sure those protesting the election fully understand the irony in their protest. Look up footage of the protests and you’ll hear all the usual Leftist chants, but many seem especially ironic given the results of the election. As they chant “this is what democracy looks like!” they’re apparently unaware that what democracy looks like is Donald Trump winning the Presidency, and Congressional Republicans dominating the House and Senate.

Democracy looks like Crooked Hillary Clinton – possibly the most corrupt scumbag to ever run for President – losing Big League to the People’s choice.

I’m not really sure what these protesters think is going to happen. It certainly isn’t going to change the results of a national election, and even if it could, is that really the kind of precedent they’d want to set? If protesting could change the results of an election, it could also work against them when their candidate wins.

Trump Protesters

Ironically, most of the losers out protesting didn’t even bother to get up and vote. But what else is new?

More than half of the people arrested in Portland, Oregon, while protesting President-elect Donald Trump’s election victory did not vote. Of the 112 people arrested in the city during the recent protests, at least 69 of them either didn’t turn in a ballot or they didn’t vote in Oregon.

KGW reviewed county voter logs and registration rolls, determining that 34 of the arrested protesters didn’t vote, and 35 more weren’t registered to vote in Oregon.

They found that only 25 people arrested did vote.

Maybe they’ll get off their couches next time around – but I sure hope they remain lazy. Do you think this cartoon perfectly illustrates Trump protesters? Share your thoughts with us below!
