A number of journalists on Twitter lambasted President Donald Trump for pouring an entire box of food into a pond of precious Japanese koi, some even suspecting that amount of food could damage the fish.

As the meme spread through social media, other users joined in teasing Trump for improper conduct during the photo-op on his first state visit to Japan, until full video of the incident came out showing Trump was just following the example of Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.

“Trump and Japanese PM Shinzo Abe were scheduled to feed koi spoonfuls of food. Until Trump poured his entire box of fish food into the pond,” CNBC reporter Christina Wilkie wrote on Twitter.

Some even suggested that Trump’s behavior at the koi pond could launch a “diplomatic incident.”

The full video of the fish-feeding photo-op at Akasaka Palace koi pond shows clearly that Trump followed Abe’s lead in dumping the box of fish food into the pond.

  1. Oh noooooooooooooooo. Trumps finishing school did not teach him to take a spoonfool of food blow on it say to the individual fish say : Aaah. Terrible but the failed Democrats & Fake Media are very adept to finger Trumps faux pas as an international incident. Did anybody notice his shoes, laces or no laces. His US failed democrats enemies are an army of dyed in the wool hypocrites.

  2. Trump is over there meeting with our world leaders about extremely important matters involving foreign affairs between our country and theirs….and the liberal pseudo journalists headline how much food they put in the water for the fish? Really? what’s next, Melania’s shoes? Or how inappropriate her dress or coat was as being judged by a trash bag wearing, clown face painted so-called fashion expert?

  3. Thanks for the ‘lead’ on these “Fake J-Urialals”. Those CNN-lead so-called media mavens are always there to ‘parse’ the news. POTUS followed PM in the ‘ritual’, as goes the old saying…”When in Rome…etc…! We are witnessing the most transparent Presidency…EVER,,,! And the daily “tweets” have it…! (even when illegally and consequentially shut down for 10 minutes by a guy fired for his aberrant behavior at work and play…)

    Semper Fi…!

  4. The fake news propagandist are still foaming at the mouth…and lying at every chance they get…don’t they get it American citizen’s are on to their foolish behavior…the only people that still believe them are the useful idiot’s…period!

  5. FAKE NEWS “Urinalist’s”, suffering from terminal cases of the “Trump Derangement Syndrome”, have finally hit the bottom of the Koi pond on these retarded posts.

Carp, a closely related cousin of Koi’s, will eat nearly anything that’s dumped in their water. Koi almost surely have the same proclivity for food.

“Urinalists” who commented on this FAKE NEWS are probably only aware of goldfish and other types of small fish that are kept in glass containers on their “Reading Shelf” which used to contain books based on REALITY . . . . all of their REALITY-based books were burned during the obamba Regime :)
