For the second time in less than two years, an angry liberal suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome has taken a pickaxe to President Donald Trump’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Unfortunately, this time the star was completely destroyed.
Ron Bird, anchor, and reporter for CBS affiliate KUTV in Salt Lake City tweeted a video Wednesday morning showing the extensive damage to the star. (RELATED: Comic George Lopez Pretends To Urinate On Trump’s Walk Of Fame Star).

KUTV anchor Holly Menino also tweeted a picture of the destroyed star, adding that it was previously vandalized in October 2016.

According to police, the destruction was reported around 3:30 a.m. Wednesday morning; the call was believed to have been made by the man who destroyed the star. Around an hour later, a man turned himself in at the Beverly Hills Police Department in connection with the act of vandalism.
Several people witnessed the destruction of the star, including two security guards. Patricia Cox, who was on her way to work at Walgreens at the time, said she saw a man hitting the ground with a pickaxe, but didn’t realize what he was doing. “I just seen a guy going to town on, I guess, the ground or whatever,” Cox said. “I didn’t know what was going on.”
A guitar case at the scene was collected as evidence. NBC’s Jonathan Gonzalez tweeted that police told him the perpetrator carried the pickaxe in the case before using it to commit his heinous crime.

As is clear from the photos, the man with the pickaxe was intent on completely obliterating Trump’s star. Unfortunately, he succeeded.
