Donald Trump filed a massive lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and numerous high-profile public figures Thursday over an “unthinkable plot” to create a Russia collusion narrative during the 2016 presidential campaign.

The legal team behind the former President’s lawsuit tells Fox News that they are seeking damages “exceeding $100 million.”

“In the run-up to the 2016 Presidential Election, Hillary Clinton and her cohorts orchestrated an unthinkable plot – one that shocks the conscience and is an affront to this nation’s democracy,” the court filing reads.

Clinton and the others are accused of having “maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that … Trump was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty.”

It goes on to suggest the Russia collusion plot was “so outrageous, subversive and incendiary that even the events of Watergate pale in comparison.”

Named in the suit besides Clinton is the Democratic National Committee (DNC), former FBI Director James Comey, former FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, and Biden National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan, among others.

Trump Files Lawsuit Against Hillary, DNC

Also named in the Trump lawsuit against Hillary and the DNC are several players in the Steele dossier, which launched the Russiagate hoax.

Among them is the author of the discredited dossier itself, ex-British intelligence officer Christopher Steele.

The Steele dossier and its salacious allegations against former President Trump have since been labeled by Axios as an “epic fail” by the media and led to the Washington Post quietly editing their past reports on it after a pair of key players in the dossier’s ‘research’ had been arrested.

The lawsuit contends the “conspiracy was designed to cripple Trump’s bid for presidency by fabricating a scandal that would be used to trigger an unfounded federal investigation and ignite a media frenzy.”

The media – Washington Post included – have never apologized for their stories on the Russia collusion narrative.

Suing Over the Russia Collusion Hoax

Former Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussman, who has been indicted as part of Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia probe, is named in the Trump lawsuit.

A motion filed by Durham last month reveals he intends to prove that Sussman paid a tech executive to infiltrate computers at Trump Tower, Trump’s Central Park West apartment, and at the Executive Office of the President.

“Tech Executive-1 tasked these researchers to mine Internet data to establish ‘an inference’ and ‘narrative’ tying then-candidate Trump to Russia,” Durham states.

“In doing so, Tech Executive-1 indicated that he was seeking to please certain ‘VIPs,’ referring to individuals at Law Firm-1 and the Clinton campaign.”

Igor Danchenko, also arrested as part of the Durham probe, is cited in the lawsuit. He is described by the New York Times as “the primary researcher of the so-called Steele dossier.”

Danchenko, according to RealClearInvestigations, was little more than “a hard-drinking gossip who had worked for the Brookings Institution, a Democratic Party think tank.”

“It turns out the anti-Trump rumors he fed Steele — in exchange for cash — was dubious hearsay passed along over drinks with his high school buddies and an old girlfriend.”

That ‘dubious hearsay’ helped support a surveillance request for former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.

Alina Babba, the Trump attorney who filed the lawsuit, contends that most of the supporting material in the case “is fact already proven through many, many investigations.”

“If you’re going to come after him, he’s going to fight back. And the days of him taking it, they’re not happening anymore,” Babba told Newsmax.

“He’s not a sitting president currently, and he is really just at the beginning of fighting back on all this fake Russia hoax, the fake stories, and anybody else that’s going to come at him just to ruin his political career,” she added.

Trump’s massive lawsuit accuses the defendants of “racketeering” conspiracy over allegations that he and his campaign were in Russian President Vladimir Putin’s pocket in 2016.
