The re-election campaign for President Trump has filed multiple lawsuits in multiple states in, as they describe, an effort to restore integrity to the election process.
Litigation has begun in several pivotal swing states where the margins between Democrat nominee Joe Biden and the President are razor-thin.
The Trump campaign is alleging some of these votes may be invalid.
Lawsuits have been filed in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and now Nevada.
In Georgia, a poll watcher in Chatham County claimed that a stack of unprocessed ballots appeared to be mixed in with properly cast and processed ballots.
When he inquired about the matter, he was reportedly denied information.
In Michigan, the campaign asserted that they had not been given “meaningful access” to observe the ballot counting process.
And in Pennsylvania, the President’s campaign has long been opposed to deadlines extended days after the election for counting mail-in ballots regardless of postmark.
“Stop the count,” Trump demanded in a Thursday morning tweet. “Any vote that came in after Election Day will not be counted!”

Rudy Giuliani Goes Ballistic in Press Conference Announcing Trump Campaign Lawsuits
In a press conference to announce the Trump campaign’s intentions behind the lawsuits Wednesday, the President’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani didn’t hold back.
“This is beyond anything I have ever seen before,” Giuliani seethed. “Do you think we’re stupid? Do you think we’re fools?”
“They do think you’re fools,” he told Trump supporters. “That’s why you get called ‘deplorable’ and ‘chumps.'”
“We’re going to stick with this. We’re going to win this election. We’ve actually won it,” Giuliani continued.
“It’s just a matter of counting the votes fairly.”

Top Trump Lawyer Announced Plans to Restore Election Integrity
In an exclusive interview for The Political Insider earlier this week with Jenna Ellis, a senior legal adviser for the Trump campaign, it became clear that a strategy had already been laid out to fight the scenario we are seeing today.
Ellis used Pennsylvania, where ballots are being counted after polls closed, as an example.
“The constitution says in article 2 that the state legislatures are the ones that select the method of choosing their electors,” she told the Political Insider.

Ellis hinted that litigation could be forthcoming claiming Pennsylvania election laws had not been changed by the legislature, only “manipulated” by the Democrat governor and state attorney general.
“That is unconstitutional because only state legislatures, according to our U.S. Constitution, can do that,” she said.
Meaning the extended deadline for mail-in ballots, they will argue is not constitutional.
The Trump legal team, led by former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, has just announced that they have won “immediate access” to the vote-counting process in Pennsylvania.
“We plan on entering that building right now and observing the vote,” she said.
