During a congressional hearing with FBI director James Comey, Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) ticked off a list of statements made by Hillary Clinton that were provably false, destroying the narrative that ‘no prosecutor could prove intent’ when it came to the former Secretary of State’s handling of classified information on a private server.
Gowdy repeatedly cited statements made by Clinton to the public which Comey would then confirm were false or inaccurate.
The results of the exchange were devastating, with Comey himself confirming that Hillary lied numerous times while simultaneously proving that she should have been indicted on her crimes because she intentionally handled classified materials improperly. She knew what she was doing, which is why she had to lie and cover it up.
Via the Blaze:
Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.), a former prosecutor, grilled FBI Director James Comey during a House hearing on Thursday over whether Hillary Clinton demonstrated “intent” in her mishandling of classified information.
…
Gowdy also rattled off a list of statements made by Clinton amid the investigation into her private email use, asking him in a rapid-fire manner if the statements are true.
Here’s a transcript of that exchange:
Gowdy: “Secretary Clinton said there was nothing marked classified on her emails, either sent or received. Is that true?”
Comey: “That’s not true, there were a small number of portion markings on, I think, three of the documents.”
Gowdy:”Secretary Clinton said, ‘I did not email any classified material to anyone on my email, there is no classified material.’ Was that true?”
Comey: “There was classified material emailed.”
Gowdy: “Secretary Clinton said she used just one device. Was that true?”
Comey: “She used multiple devices during the four years of her term as secretary of state.”
Gowdy: “Secretary Clinton said all work-related emails were returned to the State Department. Was that true?”
Comey: “No, we found work-related emails, thousands, that were not returned.”

Gowdy then stated that he wouldn’t “go through any more of the false statements” due to the “interest of time.”
He explained to Comey, however, that the previously discussed “false exculpatory statements” can be used to determine intention and consciousness of guilt.

Gowdy is a felon.
If Republicans disagree with the FBI director’s decision, they could call for an independent prosecutor to review the facts of the case. But it has to be a truly independent prosecutor, not someone who is under the thumb of political partisans.
Hillary shouldn’t go to jail. She should be executed for treason. The entire population of the American people are less safe for her ‘carelessness.’ People have been killed because of her ‘neglect.’ If she was only the narcisist that she is – that is not punishable by death but she has taken her narcisistic attitude and have put our country at risk. She is a traitor. A traitor should be punished with the death sentence.
