It appears the anti-Trump crowd will never grow weary of making up stories to support their hatred of the president.
Another example can be seen in the story of Muslim-American Olympic athlete, Ibtihaj Muhammad.
Muhammed, whose biggest accomplishment worthy of attention appears to be her insistence on wearing a hijab during Olympic competition, claimed she “personally was held at Customs” for hours, implying that it was due to Trump’s alleged ‘Muslim ban.’
Muhammed told PopSugar during an interview:
I personally was held at Customs for two hours just a few weeks ago. I don’t know why. I can’t tell you why it happened to me, but I know that I’m Muslim. I have an Arabic name. And even though I represent Team USA and I have that Olympic hardware, it doesn’t change how you look and how people perceive you. Unfortunately, I know that people talk about this having a lot to do with these seven countries in particular, but I think the net is cast a little bit wider than we know. And I’m included in that as a Muslim woman who wears a hijab.
The mention of the ‘seven countries’ is a clear reference to Trump’s temporary travel ban, along with the fact that seconds later Muhammed spoke about the President directly.
Her story led media outlets themselves to blame Trump as well, as is clear from this Time magazine headline:
Sports Illustrated also connected the dots.
But unlikely to get much attention from the liberal media is this little fact – Muhammed was detained by Customs in December. How do we know, she said so herself.
Thanks to all who reached out regarding the December incident at customs. I will continue be a voice for all impacted by profiling & bigotry

We’ll give you three guesses as to who was still the President of the United States in December, and ask that the media focus their selective outrage in his direction.
This past summer, Muhammed was embroiled in controversy when she appeared in a photo making light of violent radical terrorists.
Comment: Do you think Mohammed should focus her outrage toward Obama, whose administration helped compile this list of seven countries and who was President when she was detained? Share your thoughts below.
