MIAMI, FL - APRIL 19: DNC Chair Tom Perez speaks during a "Come Together and Fight Back" tour at the James L Knight Center on April 19, 2017 in Miami, Florida. Mr. Perez and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) spoke on topics from raising the minimum wage to $15 an hour, pay equity for women, rebuilding the crumbling infrastructure, combatting climate change, making public colleges and universities tuition-free, criminal justice reform, comprehensive immigration reform and tax reform which demands that the wealthy and large corporations start paying their fair share of taxes. It’s amazing how those who vehemently denied the 2016 election was rigged have been caught doing the dirty work.

Former Democratic National Committee interim chair Donna Brazile has been making headlines lately as a result of damning new information about the organization she briefly headed. Her first claim was in regard to the rigging in the DNC primary between Hilary Clinton and Senator Bernie Sanders. In her book “Hacks: The Inside Story of the Break-ins and Breakdowns that Put Donald Trump in the White House” she writes that it “broke her heart” when she discovered evidence that Hillary’s campaign had fixed the Democratic nomination system in her favor.

Of course, it’s hardly news that the DNC was rigged in Hillary’s favor. The DNC Chair Brazile replaced, Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, had to step down due to ethics concerns regarding to her bias against Bernie Sanders, after all. And when Brazile was at the DNC’s helm, she abused her position as a CNN contributor in leaking debate questions to Hillary ahead of a primary debate against Sanders. Brazile lost her position as a contributor as a result.

Brazile’s claim was so shocking not because it was a new revelation – but an admission of guilt.

The DNC has already been battered since the presidential election, and the lack of faith in the Party’s formal governing body is damaging them further. The RNC broke a fundraising record and raised more than $100 million during the first nine months of 2017, fueled by small-dollar donors, out-raising the DNC by a ratio of greater than 2:1. The DNC also had over $3 million in debt on the books, while the RNC has zero.

Things have gotten so bad that current Chair Tom Perez has had to come out and basically promise that next time around there won’t be any rigging.

According to Breitbart, “Perez vowed Sunday that the 2020 Democratic primaries will be ‘fair to everybody’ after former Brazile claimed the 2016 Democratic primary was rigged in favor of Hillary Clinton.”

Here’s more of what he said: “It’s clear to me that the DNC has to do a better job of ensuring that the Democratic primary process is fair to everybody. And by everybody, I mean not just the candidates, but that voters feel like the party is transparent and the party is giving an opportunity to everyone.”

Perez made these remarks during an interview on Fox Business:

Hopefully Perez and the Democrats do rig it again. Last time they did, Donald Trump became President.

Share this story if you think Democrats are a bunch of dirty rotten cheaters!
