Next week we should know if the Democrats hold onto their majority in the House and Senate or if Republicans ride in on a red wave to take over Congress. Even a fair share of Governor races may flip from blue to red, and liberals are wigging out.
The group of voters that might be what clinches the wave for the Republicans is the same group that helped Joe Biden nab the presidency from Donald Trump.
White suburban women are trending toward Republican candidates, and one particular liberal is amazed at how that could be true.
Leave it to Sunny Hostin of “The View” to let the mask slip and reveal her true feelings with truly vile, racial commentary.
Three of the most miserable people on television are named Whoopi, Joy and Sunny. Sunny Hostin’s racist rant today is not likely to be reprimanded by ABC because the network agrees with her stance.

Roaches
Yesterday on “The View,” Sunny expressed her frustration with white women not caring more about abortion than the grocery bill:
“What’s also surprising to me is the abortion issue. I read a poll just yesterday that white Republican suburban women are now going to vote Republican. It’s almost like roaches voting for Raid, right?”
I’m not sure what poll she read; the Wall Street Journal poll that speaks explicitly to the shift in the white suburban women electorate didn’t poll just registered white Republican suburban women.
Furthermore, the poll didn’t discriminate between party affiliations.

Now let’s talk about the fact that she compared white suburban women, and specifically Republican ones at that, to cockroaches. Will Sunny be canceled for her blatant racism against white women?
That is doubtful, given that her racist comments haven’t caused her to lose her job in the past.

What’s In A Name Anyway?
In September, Sunny went after the former U.S. Ambassador Nikki Haley, which, if anyone pays attention to the former ambassador, should know that you better have your facts right before going after her, as she doesn’t seem to back down from a fight.
Sunny claimed that Nikki Haley acts like a “chameleon,” going so far as to ask, “What is her real name again?” in an attempt to claim the ambassador tries to whitewash her ethnicity.
Farah Griffin says Nikki Haley would be a viable Republican presidential candidate.
Sunny Hostin: “What is a her real name again? …If she leaned into being a person of color, it would be different.”

Nikki Haley’s full name is Nimrata Nikki Haley. As I stated earlier, Nikki Haley bit back, tweeting:
“Thanks for your concern @Sunny. It’s racist of you to judge my name. Nikki is an Indian name and is on my birth certificate – and I’m proud of that. What’s sad is the left’s hypocrisy towards conservative minorities. By the way, last I checked Sunny isn’t your birth name…”
Sunny’s real name is Asuncion Cummings. Now that we’ve established that Asuncion, also known as Sunny, has a history of racist comments towards women who don’t look and think as she does, let’s take an honest look at the poll that has her so surprised.

It’s The Economy, Stupid
Last month, the Wall Street Journal’s poll found that white suburban women favor the GOP by 15%. Diving deeper into the poll, 50% said they think the Republican Party has a better economic plan to “make life easier” than the Democratic Party – only 35% said the Democratic Party had a better plan.
The most exciting aspect of this poll is the massive swing in favor of the Republican Party. In August, 48% of those white suburban women polled said Democrats have a better economic plan compared to only 35% who believed Republicans have a better plan.
Essentially in two months, the numbers completely swapped sides. The Democratic Party and liberal pundits are pulling their hair out, wondering how this could be.
I mean, what about Roe v. Wade? How could white suburban women turn their backs on Uncle Joe and the Democratic Party when the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade?
The answer is simple: white suburban women, and I’d argue all women, can care about more than one thing at a time. According to the WSJ poll, below is the breakdown of what is motivating this group to vote in the midterms:
- 34% rising prices
- 28% threats to democracy
- 16% Roe v. Wade

It Has To Be A Republican Ruse
With polls showing that Republicans are surging and not just in locations that are expected but in places like New York, northern Virginia, and New Hampshire, liberals are frantically trying to explain away this phenomenon.
Joy Reid believes it’s an evil plan hatched by the Republican Party:
“If you get past those headlines and dig a little deeper, you would uncover an insidious and seemingly intentional campaign from Republican-backed polling firms to flood the zone and tip the balance of polling averages in favor of their candidates, to create a narrative that Republicans are surging and that a red wave is imminent and inevitable.”
.@SimonWDC: "In six major battleground states more than half the polls conducted in October have been conducted by Republican firms… basically we can't trust the data on RealClearPolitics or FiveThirtyEight any longer… it's essentially Republican propaganda." #TheReidOut pic.twitter.com/JLiHh8dDib

While I rarely pay much attention to polls because it’s a data tool that is fundamentally flawed regardless of who is commissioning the poll, this argument from Joy doesn’t fit with the WSJ poll. In fact, Democratic pollster Molly Murphy, who collaborated on the WSJ poll, said of the results:
“It’s absolutely true that these women have shifted their gaze more on the economy than abortion.”
Ms. Murphy goes on to hit on why this shift from abortion to the economy has happened:
“A majority are feeling financial strain in this economy.”
Sorry Joy, Americans are leaning towards Republicans not because of some Republican plot to trick them with skewed polling, but because it’s getting harder and harder to feed their families.

Keep It Up
“The View’s” Alyssa Farah Griffin meekly attempted to counter Sunny by stating that her comparison of white Republican women to roaches is insulting. Talk about an understatement. It’s not just insulting, it’s cruel and hateful, and it’s racist.
Imagine if the demographics were different.
What if a white conservative commentator on a show like Kayleigh McEnany said of a poll that showed the majority of black women were voting for Democrats were the same as roaches? It would be pandemonium, and rightfully so – because it’s disgusting.
But the standards aren’t the same for liberals as for conservatives. Don’t get it twisted; this is not me arguing for conservative pundits to make hateful and disgustingly racist comments. Quite the contrary, it’s wrong when conservatives do it, and it’s wrong when liberals do it.
People like Sunny prove that they are out of touch with Americans. A whopping 74% of white suburban women believe the U.S. economy is heading in the wrong direction. However, the Democrats are still hedging their bets on abortion for next week’s midterms, which proves that they are out of touch.
Keep it up, Sunny, this roach will vote for a Republican next Tuesday, and it will take more than a can of Raid to silence my voice.
Remember, this is what the 🤡’s of The View and people like Joy Reid, Charlie Crist, Kathy Hochul call fascist/racist/homophobic etc.
See through their lives, vote red and live freely. It’s actually that simple.
