Gas prices continue to rise this week in the U.S., hitting the highest level in months. Now, the concerns and political ramifications for the Biden administration are starting to rise as well.

China’s newest ally Saudi Arabia and the OPEC oil cartel agreed to even more cuts to oil production, which has caused the price per barrel to jump. 

Rather than increasing American energy production, Democrats are threatening retaliatory measures against Saudi Arabia, like the NOPEC bill.
