Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) just broke ranks with her fellow Democrats and announced on Fox News Sunday that President Donald j. Trump was “right” to put the Iranian regime “on notice.”
Fox News host Chris Wallace asked the California Senator if “President Trump is right to say that enough is enough and to put the rulers in Iran on notice?”
Her response is powerful, and has the Washington, D.C. establishment talking:
“I think that he is right in this. I think that Iran is wrong in this.
Let me be very clear. These are not nuclear ballistic missiles, they are conventional ballistic missiles, but Iran has a lot of them,” she added. “More than anybody else in the area.
She also noted that because Iran has an election this year, the Trump White House’s comments may be a political maneuver:
“I hope that there is no more than this. It is not going to benefit anyone for this kind of thing to continue.”

For too long, Iran has not faced serious punishment for supporting terrorist activities around the world. President Trump is taking direct aim at their dangerous attacks, which is why even a liberal Senator from California had to admit she supports Trump.
