‘Dreamers’ Protest Outside Chuck Schumer’s Home, Demand Amnesty

A group of illegal immigrants, so-called ‘Dreamers,’ and DACA-supporters turned on one of their own, storming the home of Senator Chuck Schumer and demanding amnesty.

Schumer responded by opening up his home and letting everyone inside because there’s no such thing as walls or borders, just open doors.

Just kidding, of course.

The event, called “Our Lives Are On The Line, Chuck,” began at Grand Army Plaza and proceeded to Schumer’s home.

Video of the event shows protesters chanting, “If Chuck won’t let us dream, we won’t let him sleep!”

Former Navy SEAL and Fox News contributor Rob O’Neil asked the obvious question on everyone’s mind – “Why doesn’t Chuck just let them inside?”

Letting illegals into his home, as Democrats would like to do with all of America, just isn’t Chuck’s style. A similar protest last year resulted in police barricades being brought in to corral the ‘dreamers.’

“The sidewalk outside Schumer’s house,” a Patch report read, “… has been separated from bike and car lanes by a police barricade.”

Rather than shoving those barricades aside to let people storm the borders of his home, Schumer’s security brought out even more as reinforcement.

“A ton of cops are guarding Schumer’s building on the other side of the street, and more police barricades have been set up in front of the building’s doorway,” the report from last year’s protest states. “Only residents of 9 Prospect Park West are being allowed to pass.”

Wait, how did they determine that? Did they ask them for their papers?!

Barricades and only letting legal residents through – what a novel idea.

This time around, DACA-supporters are upset that Cryin’ Chuck caved on a government shutdown without securing some sort of amnesty for the ‘dreamers.’

“Our community is outraged by the Senate vote to pass a temporary budget deal with no solution for Dreamers,” rally organizers wrote on social media.

They also insisted that a border wall, much like the four surrounding Schumer’s home, is racist. As are increased security measures.

“It is past time for Senator Schumer to use his political power in Congress as the minority leader and finally bring home a clean #DreamActNow for undocumented youth, without compromising the future of their families by funding a racist wall and increased border security measures that only tear families apart,” they wrote.

Reports indicate roughly 75 people joined the amnesty protest. Zero were allowed to cross the border into Chuck’s home. So racist.
