Sanders was in a feisty mood at Thursday’s press briefing, and as per usual, CNN’s Jim Acosta ended up on the receiving end of a verbal beat down.
Acosta took comments by Attorney General Jeff Sessions completely out of context and ran with them to attack the Trump administration for separating illegal immigrant families.
Sanders responded by mocking Acosta for finding it difficult “to understand even short sentences.”

“The Attorney General earlier today said somehow there’s a justification for this in the Bible. Where does it say in the Bible that it’s moral to take children away from their mothers?” Acosta asked.
