Jennifer Rubin, the epitome of fake news, believes liberal activists need to sentence White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders to a lifetime of public harassment.
Rubin lists herself as a “conservative blogger” in her Twitter bio, writing a column for the Washington Post called the “Right Turn,” and frequently appearing as a guest on MSNBC.
Anybody who has even vaguely paid attention to this woman’s career knows that she is as far from a conservative as can be. Any outlet that she writes for or offers commentary is flat-out lying about her conservative credentials.
The latest example of this detachment from reality came when she played the role of Maxine Waters Lite, encouraging liberals to go out and publicly humiliate and harass Sanders. (RELATED: Sarah Sanders Gets Secret Service Protection Following Leftist Violence).
Talk about your war on women.
“So it’s perfectly civil to do that,” Rubin said of calls to publicly shame and harass Republican women. “No one’s telling them to be violent protesters, but we’re not going to let these people go through life unscathed.”
“Sarah Huckabee has no right to live a life of no fuss, no muss, after lying to the press — after inciting against the press. These people should be made uncomfortable, and, I think that’s a life sentence frankly,” she added.
What kind of disgraceful human being calls on employees of the White House to suffer every time they make a public appearance? And what conservative would even think this is a good idea for a top member of President Trump’s team?

Jennifer Rubin now maintains that people who work for the Trump admin should be harassed publicly as a ‘Life Sentence’ – she is also still described as conservative by the @washingtonpost https://t.co/jkbhgtTVMF

Further burnishing her liberal credentials, Rubin argued Republican Senators Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins should be pressured to vote against President Trump’s Supreme Court pick because that person might overturn Roe v. Wade.
“Those women have to be put under a glaring light so that they finally have to make a choice that actually does go against their party. Unless they were just phony pro-choice women all along — which is distinctly possible.”
This woman, right here, is calling two Republican women “phony.”
Apparently pro-abortion, pro-harassment of Republicans, is considered “center-right” at the Washington Post and MSNBC.
The ‘conservative columnist’ urged “a million people to go to Maine or a million people to go to Alaska and start putting pressure on those Senators’ to vote against a conservative justice from being named to the Supreme Court.
What a joke.
The fact that Rubin calls herself a conservative is a joke. Rubin is no more conservative than MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough, and that’s saying something. Rubin owes Huckabee an apology, but I wouldn’t expect her to issue one any time soon.
