In San Francisco this morning, a vehicle ran a red light and ended up crashing into multiple cars, injuring 8 people.
The injuries are not life threatening. The driver appeared to have run a red light, carelessly hitting the victims.

City residents were urged to avoid the area:

A vehicle ran a red light on Wednesday morning and several cars and about eight people, including a couple of children – although their injuries were minor, according to San Francisco police.
The accident occurred just before 8:30 a.m. near Ocean and Miramar avenues, police said.
Police are reporting that the driver didn’t intend to injure anyone.
The San Francisco Fire Department put out a special message to warn others about future incidents:
