Talk show host Rush Limbaugh is fired up again, accusing Republicans of being the true obstacle to President Trump’s conservative agenda.
And you know what, he’s right.
Limbaugh launched into a lengthy discourse on how the GOP is the true roadblock to the Trump platform of reforming healthcare or cutting taxes, etc.
He explained that the Democrats’ opposition is to be expected. But it’s the establishment Republicans who are successfully stopping him.
“I don’t understand how people don’t get that it’s not just the Democrats in Washington that are roadblocking Trump,” Limbaugh said.
From there, he explained exactly how the GOP had constantly sold what they would achieve if Obama and the Democrats were ousted from office, versus how they are acting now that they’re in power.

“Mitch McConnell says he can’t see a way to getting 50 votes for the House Obamacare repeal bill?” he asked rhetorically. “Now, stop and think here, folks. Back when the only element that we had was the House of Representatives and Republican voters were constantly saying, ‘Why aren’t you doing more to stop Obama? Why aren’t you trying to do something to stop Obamacare?’ The answer was always, ‘Well, all we’ve got is the House. W-w-we can’t get anything through the Senate because the Democrats own the Senate. Obama’s in the White House! He’ll veto anything if it did make it there.’”
“So voters gave Republicans the Senate,” he continued, “and Mitch McConnell said, ‘Well, the first thing you have to know is it takes 60 votes to do anything in the Senate, and we don’t have 60 votes. We only have 52.’ And then he would add, ‘Plus, as long as Obama’s still in the White House, all this is academic anyway. He’s gonna veto whatever we pass.’ So we gave the Republicans the White House and elected Trump.”
And yet, they’re still stalling.
To his point, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) recently whined that, “I don’t know how we get to 50 [votes] at the moment” regarding the Senate Obamacare bill. It was perhaps a bit of foreshadowing to Republican voters being stabbed in the back on key legislation that they had voted for at the ballot box.
After warning that Republicans had little to no interest in addressing tax reform – “They don’t want to cut taxes. Either they don’t want to cut taxes institutionally, they don’t want to cut taxes economically, or they just don’t want to do the heavy lifting.” – Limbaugh came to one very interesting conclusion about the President’s own party.
“My guess is they don’t want to help Trump,” he concluded.

Yes – there are many Old Rhino Republicans and they do a great deal of damage. Just goes to show how bad the swamp need to be drained. When it is finally drained I think it is going to be a sensational story of greed and corruption – such as has never been seen before. they are all running scared about being found out. I believe they live in fear of Trump being able to do what he promised to do and that they fight against him in any way possible. They may say they are Republicans but they seldom act like it. they are just a bunch of slime balls hoping no one notices. I am not saying all Republicans are like this – but we know which ones are and which ones are not. The RINO’s have been siding with the DNC for years. Obama would never have doubled the national debt in his eight years if the RINO’s had been doing the job they were elected and sent to Washington DC to do.

Wonder if Rush is back on the drug abuse train… He certainly sounds like he is. Here is a clue, these republicans are getting an earful from their constituents, (those few brave enough to actually face the people they are harming), and the PEOPLE (you know that group specifically mentioned as government OF the people), do not want the republican “answers”, don’t want more tax welfare for the corporate elite (including trump himself). Don’t want grandma to starve to death because her food services have been eliminated, and don’t want to have to hand out $20k-$30k a year for healthcare premiums that cover nothing. The republicans have ceased to exist in anything but name anyway and the two political parties are either fascists on the right, and patriotic America on the left.
McConnell needs to go! We need a real go getter to lead the senate and pass Trump’s agenda! Get it done!

Trump needs to appeal to the voters directly. Tell them to email, call, tweet and facebook their Senators and Representatives, including most especially Republicans. Demands: (a) abolish or reform the filibuster/ cloture rules; (b) repeal and replace; (c) tax reform. Inundate them. Make their offices unmanageable, both in DC and in the district/ state. Let them know that their jobs are on the bubble. They will be primaried. The money will dry up.

Yes and if you want to watch and see how your Reps. and Senators vote check out Numbers USA.COM They give you opportunities to send letters to your members of Congress depending on the issue, letting them know how you want them to vote. If they don’t listen then vote them out of office.
McConnell is one of many of the old worn out geezers who has to go.

in my opinion, Donal Trump needs to expose the ones who are hurting his agenda or the conservatives in their state need to vote them out to a conservative candidate. For example, John McCain and that simpleton in South Carolina I cannot stand! Wake up people if we want to save our beloved America.
