Rocker Alice Cooper ‘Canceled’ For Fighting Extreme Gender Ideology After Dismissing Transgenderism As A ‘Fad’

The rock legend Alice Cooper is being targeted by the cancel culture mob this week, as he has lost out on a major cosmetics deal after daring to dismiss transgenderism as a “fad.”

Cooper Sounds Off

It also started last week, when Cooper dared to say that “woke” ideologies have gone way too far, particularly when it comes to children and transgenderism.

“I’m understanding that there are cases of transgender, but I’m afraid that it’s also a fad, and I’m afraid there’s a lot of people claiming to be this just because they want to be that,” the 75 year-old rocker said, according to Fox News. “I find it wrong when you’ve got a six-year-old kid who has no idea. He just wants to play, and you’re confusing him telling him, ‘Yeah, you’re a boy, but you could be a girl if you want to be.’”

Cooper Loses Cosmetics Deal

Vampyre Cosmetics has since responded by cutting all ties with Cooper.

“In light of recent statements by Alice Cooper we will no​​​​​​​​​ longer be doing a makeup collaboration,” the company said in a statement. “We stand with all members of the LGBTQIA+ community and believe everyone should have access to healthcare. All pre-order sales will be refunded.”

Vampyre has also scrubbed any cosmetics associated with this partnership from its website.

The website had previously stated that presale for the line of makeup had started on August 14, and that the line was tailored to Cooper’s style with “guitar- and amp-shaped makeup palettes and microphone-styled lipsticks.” Vampyre Cosmetics describes itself as a brand that is “proudly women owned, disabled owned and LGBT+ owned.”

“We believe gender is a construct and has no place in our business,” the brand’s website states. “We refuse to gender our products because they are for everyone.”

Social Media Users Respond

Social media users have been slamming Vampyre for effectively “cancelling” Cooper.

Cooper Doubles Down

In the initial interview that got him in hot water with the left, Cooper also gave his thoughts on the “woke” craze in general.

“The whole woke thing… Nobody can answer this question. Maybe you can. Who’s making the rules?” he asked. “Is there a building somewhere in New York where people sit down every day and say, ‘Okay, we can’t say ‘mother’ now. We have to say ‘birthing person.’ Get that out on the wire right now’? Who is this person that’s making these rules? I don’t get it. I’m not being old school about it. I’m being logical about it.”

“I respect people and who they are, but I’m not going to tell a seven-year-old boy, ‘Go put a dress on because maybe you’re a girl,’ and he’s going, ‘No, I’m not. I’m a boy,'” he added. “I say let somebody at least become sexually aware of who they are before they start thinking about if they’re a boy or a girl.”

Cooper concluded by saying that he thinks about things in a “logical way,” explaining that “if you have these genitals, you’re a boy. If you have those genitals, you’re a girl.”

It’s sad that we live in a time when daring to even question transgenderism is seen as a cancellable offense. While we’re sad to see Cooper lose out on this cosmetics deal, he’s likely better off not being tied to a woke brand like Vampyre Cosmetics anyway!

    You are great in my book Alice Cooper, as I can not remember your given name after all these decades Alice! I can still hear you telling the story of it while putting the band together! I see you and the others on stage! I am half way through my 70th decade now! Where does time go anyway! It seems to go faster and faster each decade have you noticed that too?       It was a plan by Obama, for global warming, but the freaks latched on. If you follow the rules you get points, if you don’t they get getting money from banks impossible! In the dictionary they call it blackmail!

    Transgenderism is much more than a fad for pre teens. Alice Cooper should then really pull harder punches and say that Transgenderism is a form of deviancy leading to psychosis and mental illness.

    Alice Cooper is correct is everything he said. A lot of the country has thrown logic out of the ballpark. Men cannot have babies, only females pretending to be a male can have babies. Men do not have the necessary equipment to get pregnant and birth a baby. Logic 101.

      Oh My goodness! You know Alice men could not even begin to go through actual childbirth and it is because most men would be babies and are wimps from what we see! When it comes to actual childbirth pain and could not handle it! Heck even my husband said it would kill his sex life if he had to be there if we had had children! We married in our 50’s & mid 60’s now married 26 years though and lots of great grandbabies! Very Happy too!

The irony is not lost on me that a guy named Alice Cooper, who’s worn dresses and make up for decades, is coming out with the common sense take on this whole transgender nonsense. I’ve been a serious fan of his music, now I love him for his logic and guts for standing up to the marxist idiocy. Bravo!

      Me too Alice Cooper began shock rock and is still an agitator who causes people to WAKE up and examine societies values. Dead babies comes to mind once again. Or maybe schools out and re-education camps are the norm now.

    I had never heard of the cosmetics company either and, as a male (definitely – no question or confusion about it) I don’t wear makeup anyway. I understand some musicians wear it for various reasons but I am not a musician or a wannabe musician, nor am I goth or any other male who wears makeup.

    “Alice” (as in Wonderland) is typically a girl’s name. What he’s doing right is by not pushing it on others. “Oh your name is Luke? Maybe you’re really a Lucy” to a child. Or vice versa. Bravo for Alice Cooper.
