Businesses are facing fines of nearly $14,000 per violation of a vaccine mandate which is set to hit businesses with more than 100 employees on January 4th.
The Biden administration is running the vaccine mandate through the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, or OSHA.
All such workers will be required to be fully vaccinated by the early January date or submit to weekly COVID testing.
“Fines for willfully failing to comply with the mandate could reach as much as $14,000 per violation, with the potential for multiple citations per business,” Fox News reports.
Private companies could see fines up to $136,532 for repeat offenders.

The Biden administration will have enforcement agents for the rule.
OSHA plans to send out agents to check that workplaces are in compliance with the rule. For willful violations, a company can be fined up to $136,532. The standard penalty is $13,653 for a single violation.

“Enforcement of the rule,” according to an official on a background call reported by the Daily Mail, “will be just as that of any other rule, which includes inspections to check for compliance.”
The Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) published by OSHA seeks to overrule red states when it comes to their battle against vaccine and mask mandates.
“OSHA intends to preempt any State or local requirements that ban or limit an employer from requiring vaccination, face-covering, or
testing,” it reads.
Senior administration officials said the rules preempt conflicting state laws or orders, including those that ban employers from requiring vaccinations, testing or the wearing of face masks. https://t.co/I9WnN3fJ5T #COVID19 #CoronavirusPandemic

Is It Legal?
Aside from the assault on individual freedom in America, the OSHA vaccine mandate could run into some legal battles.
“The OSHA rule is expected to be immediately challenged in court by Republican states and some business groups,” Fox News reports.
Even White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain seems to acknowledge the administration is on some shaky legal grounds.
Back in September Klain retweeted a post indicating the possibility of implementing the OSHA emergency standards would be “the ultimate workaround for the Federal (government) to require vaccinations.”
Important.

The goal, however, is to get as many jabs into the arms of people while it’s battled out in the courts. If they force vaccinations and it’s found to be illegal at a later date, so be it.
Senator Cynthia Lummis (R-WY) blasted the OSHA vaccine mandate and noted it would interfere with business operations that are already suffering under the Biden administration.
“With the holiday season rapidly approaching, consumers are now facing the likelihood of empty shelves in stores and delayed shipping for online purchases,” Lummis wrote in a letter to Biden.
“Removing barriers that allow the private sector to operate efficiently is the best path forward to re-bolster our supply chains.”
If Bidenâs OSHA & Fed contractor vax mandates are strictly applied to truckers, there will be a supply chain disaster.
37% of truckers say theyâll quit, retire, or switch jobs if the mandate hits them. Some can switch to smaller companies, but if 5% quit or retire, itâll be BAD!

President Biden has remained undeterred in his attempts to force vaccines into the arms of Americans that have concerns about getting them.
In announcing the policy back in September, Biden said, “We’ve been patient, but our patience is wearing thin, and your refusal has cost all of us.”
“While America is in much better shape than it was seven months ago when I took office⊠We’re in a tough stretch and it could last for a while,” he added.
As for being “in better shape,” Forbes reported that more Americans have died from COVID in 2021 than in all of 2020.
Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) introduced a measure to abolish OSHA based on the vaccine mandate overreach.
Biggs argues that each state “has the constitutional right to establish and implement their own health and safety measures, and is more than capable of doing so.”
“Itâs time that we fight back against the bloated federal government and eliminate agencies that never should have been established in the first place,” he said.
