ObamaCare is finally on the verge of repeal unless the Senate screws it up, and liberals have revved up the engine and put the pedal to the floor on fear-mongering.
Both Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders have informed us that “people will die” in absence of Obamacare, despite the fact that the majority of those who will “lose” coverage simply won’t be purchasing it any longer in absence of the individual mandate. Hillary Clinton took the opportunity to brand the Republican Party the Party of Death (aren’t you so glad she’s not president)?
Let us be clear and this is not trying to be overly dramatic: Thousands of people will die if the Republican health care bill becomes law.

Forget death panels. If Republicans pass this bill, they're the death party. https://t.co/jCStfOaBjy

And of course, Democrats claim that the only reason Republicans want to repeal ObamaCare is so they can give tax cuts to “millionaires and billionaires,” as if ObamaCare isn’t a tax on the working class who are too rich to qualify for government assistance, but too poor to afford health insurance, and thus pay the Obamacare penalty for no benefit.
Parody songwriter Remy Munasifi of Reason magazine is known for his skills in putting together clever mockeries of the Left, and Warren and Sanders are his targets of his latest video titled “People Will Die!”
Watch below:
He makes a good point – is there anything the “people will die” hyperbole can’t be applied to?
