President Trump to Address Welfare Reform Next

President Trump has his sights set on a new target following tax cuts: welfare reform.

Many Americans and I use the term “welfare” in a broad sense because welfare isn’t just government handouts. It gobbles up one sect of the population and makes them live off the government with no end in sight.

But if you listen to Democrats, any criticism of welfare is due to racism. And if you listen to Republicans, too many people don’t want to work and they want things for free. Both of these messages are fighting each other constantly, leaving no chance for either side to sit down and work out issues.

Back in the 1990s, President Bill Clinton and a Republican Congress reformed the welfare system and put Americans back to work.

President Trump looks as if he is going to do the same thing. Remember, under Barack Obama, most of the jobs he created were part-time. That’s not what America is about and if Trump can make a deal to get voters back to work and off the government dole, he’s going to receive a huge amount of praise and adoration.

Here’s more from Washington Examiner:

“One thing we’re going to be looking at very strongly is welfare reform. That’s becoming a very, very big subject and people are taking advantage of the system and then other people aren’t receiving what they really need to live, and we think it’s very unfair to them,” Trump told reporters before a meeting with his Cabinet. “But some people are really taking advantage of our system from that standpoint, and we are really going to be looking very, very strongly therefore at welfare reform.”

The president did not provide details on what, specifically, he would do to reform the welfare system, but said the efforts were part of his priority to cut government spending.

Liberals, especially on the make black leaders, will claim dog whistles and say any effort to reform the welfare system is an attack on black Americans. But isn’t that kind of talk racist in itself? The people who are jumping to claim black Americans are the ones soaking up welfare have a low opinion of them, don’t you agree?

I think you should call them out and if you need a hand, call on me. I am never afraid to mix it up when it comes to speaking the truth. SHARE this article on your Facebook/Timeline timeline and don’t forget to add your comments below.
