Of all the harebrained schemes this Democrat leader has come up with to push the liberal agenda, this has to rank up there with the biggest disaster of them all.
Americans who are smart and use common sense will tell you they are against amnesty for illegal aliens who walked into the country to gain the rights of a legal citizen. You shouldn’t be able to get anything if you are not part of this country, including state welfare or a job. That kind of policy would naturally encourage self-deportation.
On Thursday, former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, fresh off of dealing with sexual harassers in the Democratic Party, said God is with their party because they want to help young illegal aliens achieve citizenship.
According to CNS here is how Pelosi answered a question from a reporter regarding giving amnesty to so-called “DREAMers”:
“I don’t know, when you say, ‘Have you changed your mind?’ We said to the President the night he agreed to the DACA legislation we have a responsibility to protect our border and we think there are many things we can do working together to do that. And Members have been working in a bipartisan way to address that.
“So we’re not backing off anything, including meeting the needs of protecting our border. We are not going to turn this country into a reign of terror of domestic enforcement and have the DACA, the DREAMers, pay that price.
She continued with this: “But I’m optimistic. I always have been. God is with us on this. Our country is great. We know our greatness springs from the vitality that newcomers bring to our country. Eighty percent at least of the American people support the DREAMers.
If God was with you, Nancy, amnesty would be a fact, not something you’re constantly lying, cheating, and backroom bargaining to force on the country yet again.
We simply cannot grant DACA DREAMers amnesty, or any other illegal invader. They hate us. Go get a job someplace and find out for yourself. I worked at Ross for 6 months. I have spoken to numerous illegals. They believe they deserve amnesty because this country belongs to them, not to us. Granting amnesty to them validates their racist claims.
