On Monday, MSNBC’s Donny Deutsch said that ‘far left’ Democratic Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and others in her party like her are “suicide for Democrats” when it comes to elections.
Deutsch made his comments during an interview on “Morning Joe.”

Deutsch: ‘The AOCs Of The World, The Far Left—Are Suicide For The Democrats’
Host Joe Scarborough observed that some left-leaning voters believe Democrats are “radically out of touch with mainstream voters.”
Deutsch did not disagree with Scarborough’s observation, in fact he went even further – arguing that Democrats aren’t big fans of Joe Biden. Rather, they were opposed to Trump above all else.
Deutsch responded, “There were Bill Clinton voters. There were Barack Obama voters. There weren’t Joe Biden voters. There were anti-Trump voters.”
“And Joe Biden does not have the hearts and mind of this country,” Deutsch said. “And the other Democrats that we see being paraded forward—the AOCs of the world, the far left—are suicide for the Democrats.”
Deutsch then suggested the Democratic Party get some new and less extreme leader.
“So the Democrats better get some new faces, and the Democrats better figure out that this world lives just right of center or, on a good year, just left of center, “Deutsch said. “This socialist kind of pulling all the way to the left is a disaster and we are staring at a democracy in peril.”
Deutsch said that because Biden does not have the “hearts and minds of Americans” the president would lose re-election “by over double digits” to any 2024 Republican making a White House bid.

Deutsch Believes Any Republican Could Beat Biden In 2024 – Even Trump
The MSNBC contributor included former President Donald Trump on that list, though he thinks mainstream establishment Republicans would win handily against Biden, while Trump would win too but would likely only “eke out a victory.”
