Fear no longer liberals – Steven Patrick Morrissey is here to save the day.

For our younger readers, Morrissey rose to fame during the 1980s as the frontman of rock band The Smiths, before proceeding to launch an unexciting solo career. Morrissey has always been political, however, and recently he offered some “interesting” opinions on the headlines coming out of America. Apparently domestic politics in his own country (Britain) aren’t that exciting.

On the sexual assault allegations against Harvey Weinstein and Kevin Spacey, Morrissey speculated that the victims could just be people “disappointed after meeting or sleeping with them.” He repeated the claim again, continuing to “explain” that “You must be careful as far as ‘sexual harassment’ is concerned, because often it can be just a pathetic attempt at courtship. I’m sure it’s horrific, but we have to keep everything in proportion. Do you not agree? I have never been sexually harassed, I might add.”

An interesting form of protest, for sure.

Meanwhile, after exposing the “truth” about Hollywood, he’s revealed his plan to save humanity…. by killing President Donald Trump.

According to The Daily Wire, the revelation came in an interview with German magazine Der Spiegel after they asked Morrissey “If there was a button here and if you pressed on it,Trump would die … would you push it or not?”

Here was his response: “I would, for the safety of humanity. It has nothing to do with my personal opinion of his face or his family, but in the interest of humanity I would push.”

Well, thank God he doesn’t have that button.

And just an random aside: Morrissey spent 30 years as a vegetarian before recently becoming a vegan in 2015 – but he doesn’t draw a line at killing humans? Those are some strange priorities.

What do you think of this threat from Morrissey? Should Secret Service launch an investigation? Tell us your thoughts below!
