Vice President Mike Pence Given A Dog For Father’s Day

With President Trump, Melania, and Barron at Camp David this past weekend, Vice President Mike Pence flew back to his home in Indiana for Father’s Day. There he was greeted with a big surprise from his family.

The Pences had just adopted a kitten named Hazel, but Papa Pence was gifted with a puppy named Haley from his wife, Karen, and daughters, Charlotte and Audrey, for Father’s Day.

Mrs. Pence announced the happy news on Twitter and you can tell Mike and Harley are best buddies already!

The family has seen the tragic loss of 2 beloved pets within the last year – Oreo the cat died just a week ago and Maverick, a beagle, died in October.

What a sweet Father’s Day gift!

Harley and Hazel join other Pence pets Pickles the cat and Marlon Bundo the bunny at the Number One Observatory Circle in Washington, D.C.

Happy Father’s Day to VP Pence and best wishes to his family and their new furry friend!
