Michael Moore, a far-left Hollywood director, appeared at a CNN Town Hall meeting and fielded questions from the audience about Donald Trump.

One man in particular grabbed hold of the mic and praised Trump’s recent efforts to save jobs in Indiana through a deal with Carrier to keep them in the United States.

Moore unloaded, railing against Trump as a hypocrite, a “malignant narcissist,” and claimed he’s only looking out for himself, not the country.

The audience member let Moore go off for a while before destroying his argument in eight words.

Via the Daily Caller:

Michael Moore was shut down by an audience member when he tried to discredit Donald Trump Tuesday night.

The 62-year-old director was fielding questions from people on both sides of the political aisle during a town hall on CNN when man said he appreciated that Trump wanted to cut deals with companies and protect American jobs.

“He has an ideology that he believes in, and it’s called Donald J. Trump,” he continued. “That’s what he’s going to make sure that he’s gonna take care of. I don’t think he’s going to do anything for you, the working person.”

But the audience member wasn’t going to let Moore have the last word.

“You could say the same about Hillary Clinton,” the man replied.

Van Jones quickly swooped in to save Moore by dismissing the audience member’s perfect response, but the damage had been done.

Malignant narcissist. Only out for himself. Hypocrite.

Honestly, all of those phrases could be used to describe our current President as well.
