Rosie O’Donnell Attacks 10-Year-Old Barron Trump, Melania Fights Back

Barron Trump

Last week, liberal Hollywood moonbat Rosie O’Donnell began pushing stories that young Barron Trump, son of President-elect Donald Trump and First Lady-elect Melania Trump, is autistic.

O’Donnell posted a video that explores the conspiracy theory on social media and asked the question, “Barron Trump autistic?”

Despite eight years of insisting that Obama’s children were “off limits” to such personal attacks, liberals decided to attack a 10-year-old boy before his father has even taken office.

She appears to have removed the video after significant backlash. But did she do so too late?

Melania is now threatening to sue over the video.

Via the Daily Caller:

Melania has hired Charles J. Harder, who penned a legal letter demanding that the user who made the video delete it and issue an apology. Harder’s letter states that Barron is not autistic.

“Our sources say Melania is outraged and is serious about going after the person who posted the video if he doesn’t take it down,” TMZ reported Monday.

The YouTube user who made the video — James Hunter — told Gossip Cop he was “scared” after hearing about the lawsuit threat.

“The only reason I made the video is because I saw how much social media was bullying Barron Trump, and I wanted it to stop,” Hunter told the publication. “I’d be really sad if I’ve made the situation worse, but I never could’ve imagined that the video would get so much press.”

While the man who made the video is running “scared,” he blames O’Donnell for turning the whole thing into a big deal.

“I was just sending it privately to people who were bullying him to explain to them that Barron might be autistic, and that’s it isn’t okay to bully him for it, because I know what it’s like to be bullied for being autistic,” Hunter said. “But then Rosie O’Donnell shared it and it blew up.”

Nonsense, of course. Why would anyone feel it’s their place to provide a medical or psychological diagnosis of a 10-year-old they only know from public clips? And why would anyone who sends that video to people expect them to keep it privately and not share it beyond that? Also, it was posted to YouTube, a public video sharing platform.

Jennifer Vam Laar of RedState writes, “How can one possibly diagnose autism from the examples in the video?”

“The most important thing to remember here is that Barron Trump is a 10-year-old boy who did not ask to be in the spotlight, and that any medical or psychological diagnoses he has or doesn’t have are solely his family’s business,” she adds. “No one else’s.”

Yet he felt the need to produce a video and “privately” send it to people who were bullying him. Nice job being a social media warrior and then throwing O’Donnell under the bus once the threat of a lawsuit comes to light … coward.

The trash is relentless and will continually fight to smear the Trump family. It’s good to see Melania fighting back.
