Megyn Kelly Suggests Obamas Are Running ‘Shadow Puppet’ Government – ‘Is It Joe Biden Really Making The Calls?’

The former Fox News host Megyn Kelly spoke out on Tuesday night to question if Barack and Michelle Obama are the ones really running the show when it comes to President Joe Biden’s administration.

Kelly Calls Out Obamas

“There are a lot of people who think the Obamas are already running the government and that there is some sort of shadow puppet situation going on that they’re controlling,” Kelly told Newsmax. “There’s been questions from the beginning — is it Joe Biden really making the calls?”

“I think Michelle Obama is seen as a savior figure by the Democrats who think she’s the most beautiful person ever. They think she’s the strongest leader. They think she’s their big hope,” Kelly continued, adding that Michelle is  “also going to motivate Republicans.”

However, Kelly was quick to scoff at the notion that this would be because of racism.

“No, it’s because you don’t like America,” Kelly said, addressing Michelle rhetorically. “And it’s not just from your weird comments when Barack was running that, For the first time in my life, I’m really proud of my country.”

Not stopping there, Kelly mocked Michelle for saying that she only recently stopped straightening her hair because she was worried that Americans “weren’t ready” for a Black woman with natural hair to be living in the White House. Kelly, however, was not having any of this.

“Really? I mean it’s the same country that made Oprah Winfrey an absolute billionaire, and I watched that show daily and Oprah wore her hair however the hell she wanted,” Kelly continued. “But this woman has no faith in the goodness of Americans.”

When asked by The New York Post to comment on Kelly’s remarks, a White House spokesperson replied via email by saying, “Who is Megan Kelley? Is she a Whole Foods employee?”

The email made a point of misspelling Kelly’s first and last names.

Others Have Same Concerns As Kelly

The White House can try to scoff at Kelly’s comments all that they want to, but she’s far from the first person to theorize that the Obamas may be the ones pulling Biden’s puppet strings. The noted American doctor Carole Lieberman made the same claim in an interview back in April.

“It’s Obama that is running the White House and Biden is the puppet so the weaker he is, the more dementia he has, the easier it is for the people behind him to control what’s going on,” she said, according to The Daily Express. “And that is really bad.”

Fox News host Maria Bartiromo presented this theory back in 2021 in response to Charlie Kick, the conservative commentator who founded Turning Point USA, saying that Biden “could do what you couldn’t do when it comes to pandering to the liberal base and implementing progressive policy.”

“I know he’s on the phone all the time with Obama and I’m hearing that he’s running things from behind the scenes,” she said at the time.

Will Democrats Run Michelle In Biden’s Place?

Rumors have been swirling for months that Democrats may be planning to have Michelle run in Biden’s place in the 2024 presidential election, as seven in 10 registered voters said in a recent Yahoo News/YouGov poll that at 80 years of age, Biden is “too old for another term.”

While Michelle has long said that she has no interest in ever running for political office, only time will tell if Democrats are able to convince her to change her mind on this.
