Liberty University Set to Open Gun Range on Campus

Liberty University is one of the few colleges in America that hasn’t been infected by liberalism and political correctness.

The university, which was founded by the late Jerry Falwell and celebrates Judeo-Christian values, is one of the few colleges where conservatives can feel safe.

Well, the university just took a major stand in favor of liberty and freedom, with President Jerry Falwell Jr., who was a vocal supporter of President-elect Donald Trump, announcing that the school will build a $3 million shooting range on a 400-acre plot of campus land.

Appearing on Fox & Friends Friday morning, Falwell explained the reason the school decided to build a gun range:

We have a mountain on campus, and we thought we’d use it for recreation,” Falwell said. “We’ve been able to avoid a lot of the sexual assault problems that you see at a lot of universities by giving students positive alternatives to keep them busy and to keep them entertained. The shooting range will be part of that.

While other colleges and liberal institutions across the country want to ban guns and abolish the Second Amendment, Liberty University has made it clear that it values our Constitution and wants its students to practice responsible gun rights on campus.

Do you think more colleges should follow Liberty University’s lead and promote the Second Amendment rather than join the liberal elites in trying to silence and attack gun owners? Share your thoughts below!
