Kimberly Guilfoyle Responds to Accusations That She Mistreated Staff

Kimberly Guilfoyle abuse

The fallout from Kimberly Guilfoyle’s departure from Fox News continues.

Last week, we reported that Guilfoyle was leaving the conservative network under mysterious circumstances. (RELATED: Report: Kimberly Guilfoyle Is Leaving Fox News.) There were rumors it had something to do with her intimate relation to Donald Trump Jr., son of President Trump. Now it looks like those circumstances are becoming more apparent.

This morning, it’s been reported that Guilfoyle actually left Fox News because of her questionable behavior with colleagues and staff. An exclusive report in the Huffington Post alleges that Guilfoyle was pushed out for “allegations of inappropriate behavior including sexual misconduct.” This included showing lewd photographs to her coworkers, crude language around the staff, and abusive behavior towards hair and makeup artists.

If true, these allegations are indeed bad. But Guilfoyle has come out swinging against the report, issuing a response through an attorney:

Any accusations of Kimberly engaging in inappropriate work-place conduct are unequivocally baseless and have been viciously made by disgruntled and self-interested employees.

So now it comes down to he said, she said-type argument, where both sides have to rely on their own credibility to be believed. That means we’ll most likely never know the answer in the end.

According to the HuffPo report, Guilfoyle’s departure from Fox was a long time coming. She was not well liked by most staff, and many of her close friends and allies at the network, including Eric Bolling, had already been pushed out. (RELATED: Eric Bolling Leaves Fox News.)

What we do know is this: Fox News is going to be going through more staffing changes as the power at the top if further transferred from Rupert Murdoch to his more liberal son.

Guilfoyle will be far from the last popular Fox host to leave the network. Expert more turnover.
