On Monday, President Donald J. Trump hosted a group of leaders from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) in the Oval Office to discuss how the administration plans to help them meet their educational goals.
While the president’s important meeting with leaders of numerous HBCU’s should have been the focus of the media’s attention, instead the left freaked out over a photo of Kellyanne Conway, Counselor to President Trump, who was taking a picture with her feet on an Oval Office couch.

Predictably, other members of the liberal media took notice of Conway’s feet, and freaked out:

Failed MSNBC and ESPN anchor Keith Olbermann was just as outraged, using explicit language to attack Conway:

While Democrats and members of the liberal media were outraged, Town Hall’s Katie Pavlich reminded everyone that the left didn’t seem to care when Barack Obama was photographed with his feet on the Resolute Desk:

Even Karen Tumulty of the liberal Washington Post took issue with this supposed controversy, calling it “so incredibly dumb:”

Another liberal, Anthony De Rosa, who serves as the Digital Production Manager for The Daily Show, had to come to Conway’s defense:

Despite the obvious ridiculousness of the story, the Associated Press actually said that Kellyanne’s actions “sparks debate,” somehow validating the left’s selective outrage over decorum in the Oval Office.
Clearly the left was so distraught that President Trump held an important meeting with high-profile leaders of America’s Historically Black Colleges and Universities that they had to distract from the substantive meeting by making up yet another phony controversy involving Kellyanne Conway.
Rather than congratulate President Trump and his administration for reaching out to HBCU leaders and offering to provide them with more resources, the liberal media had to shamefully attack this White House. Will it ever end?
