Left Criticizes While the Right Celebrates Kanye West’s Freedom From Liberal Thought

Kanye West has been celebrating liberation from the liberal think tank that is the entertainment industry and Hollywood, while his peers have been openly mocking and denouncing him.

They’re not even hiding their disdain for an African-American – a prominent one at that – venturing off the Democrat plantation.

“Saturday Night Live” even did a parody in which Kanye’s free-thought rants got everybody killed because they couldn’t contain their outrage at his ‘crazy’ comments.

What’s the entertainer’s most egregious transgression? Thinking for himself.

He’s been posting support of and meeting with the conservative Communications Director for Talking Points USA, Candace Owens, as well as photos of himself wearing a ‘Make America Great Again’ hat.

He even took a shot at former President Barack Obama.

The left has been in an absolute tizzy over his remarks, while the right has found new respect for his viewpoint.

Political cartoonist A.F. Branco celebrated in what can only be described as a truly epic take on the Kanye/Candace Owens revelations.

It features the pair holding up a ball and chain labeled ‘liberalism’ while they recite the most famous words from Martin Luther King Jr.’s ‘I Have a Dream’ speech.

“Free at last! Free at last!” Kanye proclaims while Owens finishes, “Thank God almighty, free at last!”

Branco writes, “Kanye West and Candace Owens appear to be free from the crippling liberal chains that bind many in the black community and the groupthink that comes with it.”

While his peers have mocked West as “all white now” and liberals, in general, refer to Owens as a “phony” and a “fraud,” which is code for calling her an ‘Uncle Tom,’ the President has been celebrating their awakening.

Their anger with Kanye and Candace does little to change the fact that President Trump has delivered record low unemployment numbers for the black community. It does little to change the fact that he is fighting Planned Parenthood, which disproportionately takes the lives of African-American babies.

When will they channel their anger into celebrating something more positive as West and Owens have?
