Joy Behar Fat-Shames Trump – ‘That Belly, Are You Kidding?!’

On Tuesday’s episode of the ABC talk show “The View,” Joy Behar launched a truly vile attack on the former President Donald Trump, going so far as to fat-shame him on live television.

While discussing Trump’s recent indictment in Georgia, Behar accused the former president of lying about his weight.

“Just before we leave and you’ll do a legal note, this is the first president we’ve ever had who has a mug shot,” Behar said, to which her co-host Sunny Hostin replied, “yes.”

“Who also lied about his weight,” said co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin, who previously worked in the Trump administration during his time in the White House.

“And also lied about being 215,” Behar alleged. “Where is there a guy in this room who is 215 pounds?”

A crew member going by the name Eddie volunteered himself, claiming that he is “6’5″ and weighs 215 pounds,

“Does Donald Trump look like Eddie?” Hostin asked the audience. “He does not look like Eddie.”

“You are 6’5″ and 215 pounds. How big is Trump?” Behar asked, to which Farah Griffin replied, “6’3″ and allegedly 215 pounds.”

That’s when the fat-shaming from Behar truly began.

“No, no, no, that belly are you kidding?” Behar fired back.

“I don’t want anyone saying anything about the number I put on my driver’s license,” co-host Ana Navarro admitted, with Hostin closing out the shameful segment by saying, “On his driver license he says he’s 6’2″ and 240 and told the New York courts 6’2″ and 240. So in the past five months he’s gained an inch and lost about 30 pounds.”

Behar Blames Trump For Burning Man Fiasco

Behar has spent years showing the world that she has one of the worst cases of Trump derangement syndrome of anyone in the media, and that’s saying a lot. Elsewhere in Tuesday’s episode, Behar blamed both Trump and climate change for the heavy rains that have caused disastrous flooding and stranded thousands at the Burning Man festival in Nevada’s Black Rock Desert.

“This is one of the many tragedies this summer due to climate change,” Behar said. “This is the one — the number one existential problem —”

“It rained three months’ worth over 24 hours,” co-host Hostin interjected.

“I hear Republicans say, ‘Oh, it’s not manmade, it’s not about fossil fuels,” Behar continued. “You know, when Trump was president, all of that went up, the fossil fuel usage went up. Menace to the planet. Please don’t vote for him, I’m begging you. Get him out of here, he’s so dangerous.”

Behar’s Previous Anti-Trump Comments

Back in July, Behar claimed that she gets “nauseous” whenever Trump says the word “country,” as she doesn’t believe he actually cares about America at all.

“Does anybody else get nauseous when he says the word ‘country’? The word ‘country,’ every time he says it, I feel nauseous,” she said, according to Decider. “I don’t think he cares one iota about the country. So every time he says it, it rings true that he’s a traitor.”

One month before that, Behar demanded that Trump be “locked up already.”

“He’s a grifter. He’s a grifter,” she said of Trump, according to Daily Mail. “Lock him up already. Lock him up.”

“Nixon was caught on tape and that was the end of his career as president,” she continued. “This guy is caught on tape talking about grabbing women’s genitalia – he didn’t learn from that or from Nixon and now he’s continuing to tape himself. That is really the definition of stupidity.”

Behar has such an obsessive hatred for Trump that nothing she says about him has any credibility. Had she fat-shamed a liberal politician, Behar would have been targeted by cancel culture, and her job on “The View” would be in jeopardy. Because it was Trump whose weight she mocked, however, she likely will face zero consequences in the world of mainstream media.

The hypocrisy of the left never ceases to amaze.
