During a campaign speech Tuesday, Democrat nominee for President Joe Biden seemed to forget who is running for what, referring to his ticket as the “Harris-Biden” administration.
Biden made the verbal slip up in Tampa, Florida, while attempting to attract Latino voters and military members disappointed with President Trump.
“It makes it so much harder for military spouses to find good jobs and build their careers,” Biden said. “That has to change.”
“A Harris-Biden administration is going to relaunch that effort and keep pushing further to make it easier for military spouses and veterans to find meaningful careers,” he continued.
“To ensure teachers know how to support military children in their classrooms and to improve support for caregivers and survivors so much more than we do now.”

What’s Going On Here?
How could Biden have possibly made a mistake like that when it’s practically common knowledge that he reads all of his speeches and interviews off a teleprompter?
Either they had it cued up like that in the prompter or he inadvertently swapped the names in his head.
The mixup can’t easily be dismissed as another one of Joe’s verbal gaffes, however, when taking into context that his running mate, Kamala Harris, made the same exact mistake less than 24 hours earlier.
“A Harris administration, together with Joe Biden as the president of the United States,” she told small business owners in Arizona.

Once is a mistake. Two times is a pattern. Three times, if it happens, will be a trend.
“What is happening?” one viewer asked. “Have they talked so much about it behind the scenes they’re not even realizing that they haven’t said it publicly yet?”

Trojan Horse
The Biden-Harris ticket, in any order, is doing themselves no favors with these mistakes, playing right into the hands of a Trump campaign eager to portray Joe as nothing more than a placeholder for the radical left.
“Sleepy Joe Biden is just a Trojan Horse for the Radical Left Agenda,” Trump tweeted. “He will do whatever they want!”
Vice President Mike Pence likewise made the comparison at a speech at the Republican National Convention.
“When you consider their agenda, it’s clear,” he said. “Joe Biden would be nothing more than a Trojan horse for the radical left.”
Where would they get such a crazy idea? Perhaps it is because Biden has suggested his pick for vice president had to be “capable of being president because I’m an old guy.”

Sounds like he’s ready to step down even before he wins.
Follow that up with him bumbling along the campaign trail, confusing Iraq and Iran, and it is cause for concern.

This clip of Biden discussing quartermasters in the ladies department at a store is super reassuring …
Joe Biden: “Cause if you could take care, if you were a quartermaster, you can sure in hell take care runnin’ a, you know, a department store uh, thing, you know, where, in the second floor of the ladies department or whatever, you know what I mean?” pic.twitter.com/tAAK2XbhrE

Then, of course, there is this classic with Biden unsure of just what the hell the Declaration of Independence is – “you know, the thing!”
It makes you wonder just how long the campaign can go on pretending Harris won’t be running the show if Biden somehow wins in November.
