Jimmy Kimmel Airs Deceptively Cut Video Of Mike Pence

Jimmy Kimmel, the left-wing host of his late night show on ABC, aired a deceptively cut video that attacked Vice President Mike Pence.

Kimmel: Vice President Is “A Big Box Of Nothing”

On his show on Thursday night, Kimmel showed a clip of Vice President Pence delivering boxes of PPEs to a healthcare facility in Alexandria, Virginia. At the end of the clip, Pence can then be heard saying “well can I carry the empty ones, just for the camera?”

Kimmel leaped onto this, claiming this was all just for show.

“Mike Pence pretending to carry empty boxes of PPE’s into a hospital is the perfect metaphor for who he is and what he’s doing — a big box of nothing delivering another box of nothing,” he joked.

The video went viral after it was tweeted out by Matt McDermott, a pollster for Whitman Insight Strategies, who has strong ties to Democrats, and sits on the board of LGBTQ Victory Fund, a PAC that focus on ensuring gay officials are elected.

McDermott went on to further slam the Vice President, saying that this was “Trump’s White House, summarized,” and that there is “no better example of the institutional failures that have happened during this crisis than the Vice President delivering empty boxes of masks to a nursing home before a gawking press.”

More Fake News From The Left!

But as usual when dealing with the mainstream media, this story was completely misleading. Emmanuelle Saliba, an investigative reporter at NBC News, was one of the first to call Kimmel and McDermott out for their deception.

“Edit is misleading. I went back to the original CSpan footage and sounds like the Vice President was making a joke about the empty boxes,” Saliba tweeted. “He doesn’t carry those last boxes. He shuts the van doors and turns to speak to the CEO of Federal Resources.”

David Mack, Buzzfeed’s Deputy Director of breaking news, also highlighted the change.

“This isn’t true. The clip cuts out at a selective point,” Mack tweeted. “When you watch the CSPAN footage (9 min in), Pence makes the crack about carrying the empty ones and the guy says ‘Absolutely. They’re a lot easier!’ Pence laughs then immediately shuts the van door.”

Kimmel eventually was forced to offer an apology on Twitter.

“It would appear that the Vice President was joking about carrying empty boxes for a staged publicity stunt,” Kimmel tweeted, remaining sarcastic. “The full video reveals that he was carrying full boxes for a staged publicity stunt. My apologies. I know how dearly this administration values truth.”

Why is it that the left can’t stop lying to the American people? I know why. It’s because they have nothing other than misinformation and lies to back themselves up! If there arguments were solid and reasonable, there would be no need for this at all.
