CNN’s Jim Acosta Whines About Not Getting Questions From White House – Sarah Sanders Slaps Him Back to Reality

Sarah Sanders Jim Acosta

CNN’s Jim Acosta, who actually views himself as some sort of American hero for consistently badgering the White House about nonsensical matters, whined Monday that the Trump Administration hasn’t asked his network many questions of late.

“This is the third briefing you have not taken a question from CNN,” Acosta whined to Press Secretary Sarah Sanders.

He then shouted a final question, “Do you expect the Justice Department to enforce all subpoenas, Sarah?”

Sanders walked out of the briefing room without so much as a passing glance to the notepad-wielding hero.

Acosta took to social media and decided to report on his lack of questions while adding the snarky hashtag “#courage.”

What Acosta failed to mention was what happened, and what Sanders had said prior to Acosta doing his usual ‘Look at me! Look at Me!’ routine.

The White House Press Secretary had invited John Peck and Liam Dwyer, both retired Marine Corps sergeants who are wheelchair-bound due to their injuries, to discuss the Administration’s efforts to restore “accountability” to the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Sanders ended the press briefing, saying of the Marine heroes, “I’m gonna let these guys take a break, thanks guys.”

Letting wounded warriors take a break wasn’t quite enough for Acosta, and that’s when he demanded attention by shouting his question and whining about not being acknowledged.

Sanders, however, couldn’t let that “#courage” jab stand, and she absolutely laid into the CNN reporter …

“Courage isn’t taking ‘a question from CNN,’ Jim,” she mocked. “Courage is combat veterans Sgt. Peck and Staff Sgt. Dwyer – the two heroes at the briefing.”

Sanders punctuated her response with a hashtag of her own – “#itsnotaboutyou.”

Wow. Did anybody get the plate number of the truck that just steamrolled Acosta?

President Trump recently granted Acosta with his very own nickname, ‘Crazy Jim Acosta.’

Yet this keyboard warrior actually views himself as a profile in courage. That is indeed, crazy.
