Jason Aldean Reveals Why His Wife Brittany Always Has His Back – She Gets ‘Fired Up’

The country music star Jason Aldean and his beloved wife Brittany are known for being two of the only openly conservative stars in the entertainment world today. In a new interview, Jason is speaking out to reveal that Brittany always has his back for a very special reason.

Jason And Brittany Get ‘Fired Up’

Jason, 46, told Fox News that while they both get “fired up” whenever he gets backlash for expressing his conservative views, it’s Brittany, 35, who is usually the first to take action.

“I think she probably gets fired up a little bit because it kind of trickles down because she obviously is on social media and those things a lot more than I am,” Jason explained. “So, a lot of times it’ll be, you know, she may see something and go, ‘Hey, have you heard about such and such?’”

“Then I go kind of down the rabbit hole looking at stuff, and then I kind of get fired up about it, you know?” he continued. “So, I think we both kind of get fired up about things, but she’s usually the first one with the breaking news.”

Brittany Defends Jason 

Brittany was quick to defend Jason earlier this year when he faced backlash for his anti-woke anthem “Try That In A Small Town,” which the left baselessly and outrageously claimed was “pro-lynching.” At the height of the backlash, Brittany took to Instagram to share a selfie of herself and Jason.

“Never apologize for speaking the truth,” she wrote in the caption.

Brittany doubled down on this on her Instagram Story later that same day.

“Media.. it’s the same song and dance,” she wrote, according to Billboard. “Twist everything you can to fit your repulsive narrative.”

“How about instead of creating stories, we focus on the REAL ones such as CHILD TRAFFICKING?” she continued. “Food for thought.”

Days after that, Brittany returned to Instagram to thank fans for their support.

“Man do we love y’all,” she wrote. “Free thinkers, lions not sheep… thankful for the support, always!”

Jason And Brittany On The Road With Their Kids

Jason and Brittany are the parents to two young children: so Memphis, 6, and daughter Navy, 4. The entire family is currently on the road with Jason for his “Highway Desperado” tour, and he loves having them around.

“We kind of make it a family affair these days,” Jason said. “The young kids are old enough to be able to stay up long enough to go out and watch shows, which has just happened in the last year or so, where they can kind of come out, stay awake long enough to see the show.”

“So, they get excited about that,” he added. “We were just out in California for three weeks or so, and we had some off days. So, we took them to Disney. We’ll get them off the bus and go do some fun stuff for them like that. We’re just trying to make it a family affair and try to spend as much time together as possible.”

Jason and Brittany are two of the only celebrities who have been brave enough to be openly conservative, and they’ve even rang in the past two New Year’s by celebrating with the former President Donald Trump at his Mar-a-Lago estate. We’re glad that they have one another’s backs so devotedly, and we hope they continue to be outspoken about their beliefs for many years to come!
