Hunter Biden: ‘I Probably Smoked More Parmesan Cheese Than Anyone You Know’
CBS News’ Tracy Smith asked Biden, “You wake up some mornings — I shouldn’t even say some mornings because you slept 15 minutes at a time and be looking for crack and to smoke whatever was there?”
Biden replied, “I spent more time on my hands and knees picking through rugs smoking anything that resembled crack cocaine.”
He then admitted he smoked cheese, admitting, “I probably smoked more Parmesan cheese than anyone – than anyone you know, Tracy.”
Smith said, “Because there would be crumbs mixed in?”
Biden responded “Yeah, I went one time for 13 days without sleeping, and smoking crack, and drinking vodka exclusively throughout that entire time.”
Hunter Biden Claims Joe Chased Him Down During 2020 Intervention
The Political Insider reported on Friday that Biden discussed with CBS News his struggles with substance abuse, including a family intervention.
“In his interview with Mason, Biden described an emotional intervention his family staged at his father’s home in Wilmington during the 2020 presidential campaign,” CBS News reported.
“After a tense confrontation, Biden stormed out of the house, only to be chased down the driveway by the future president,” the report continued.
Reporter Anthony Mason asked Biden,“And your father chased you?”
“Yeah, because I tried to get into the — I tried to go to my car, and my girls literally locked the door to my car and said, ‘Dad, dad, please, you can’t, no, no,’” Biden replied.
“This was the hardest part of the book to write,” he added. “And he grabbed me, in a hug, and grabbed me. He gave me a bear hug.”

“And he said, he just cried, he said, ‘I don’t know what to do,” Biden the father and now president said. “I don’t know what to do. Please.’”
Hunter Biden responded to CBS News, “I thought, I need to figure out a way to tell him that I’m going to do something so that I can go take another hit.”
“That’s the only thing I could think,” Biden continued. “Literally, that’s how powerful.”
“I don’t know of a force more powerful than my family’s love, except addiction.” Hunter Biden said.
Hunter Biden Dodges Question About Laptop
In the same interview, CNN reports that Biden dodged questions about the infamous laptop that came to be known during the 2020 election.
The New York Post had initially run articles revealing the existence of the laptop, allegedly belonging to Biden, which purportedly contained emails about his controversial foreign business ties.
Social media platforms like Twitter banned accounts and limited sharing the story that could have been a damaging scandal to candidate Joe Biden.
In the CBS interview Sunday, Biden was asked if the laptop in question was his.
“Certainly, there could be a laptop out there that was stolen from me. It could be that I was hacked, it could be that it was Russian intelligence. It could be that it was stolen from me,” Biden responded.
It was later revealed that Biden was under federal criminal investigation relating to foreign business dealings, but it has not been revealed if the laptop is part of the investigation.
