First Son Hunter Biden has seemingly finally admitted his infamous laptop really is his, and is now calling for a criminal investigation into those who shared the data with media sources and threatening Fox News host Tucker Carlson with a defamation lawsuit.
NBC News reports that lawyers for Mr. Biden have sent letters “requesting investigations into allies of former President Donald Trump who they say trafficked in stolen information from his laptop.”
Which, in and of itself is quite a revelation, considering the media and Papa Biden told us the laptop was not real and little more than Russian disinformation.

The letters were sent to both the Justice Department’s National Security Division and the Delaware attorney general’s office.
The former is requesting an investigation into “individuals for whom there is considerable reason to believe violated various federal laws in accessing, copying, manipulating, and/or disseminating Mr. Biden’s personal computer data.”
It should be noted that had he not forgotten the laptop at a computer repair shop in Wilmington, Delaware, there would have been nothing to ‘disseminate.’
In fact, the letter goes on to accuse the repair shop owner, Mac Isaac, and former lawyer to President Trump, Rudy Giuliani, of “possession of stolen property.”
Isaac, however, has disputed any notion that the material was somehow stolen, saying he legally owned it once the laptop had not been claimed.
Giuliani told NBC News in a statement that, “The work order is as clear as it can be. The laptop became abandoned property under John Mac Isaac’s control.”

In a separate letter to Fox News, Biden’s lawyers demanded a retraction of “false and defamatory statements made by Mr. Carlson on his show.”
At issue is a segment in which Carlson asserted Hunter was paying $50,000 in rent to stay at the President’s Delaware home, though the Washington Post later clarified it was actually three months’ rent for an office in Washington.
Biden’s lawyers put Carlson and Fox News “on notice of potential litigation” and advised them to preserve all documents relating to the story.
A source close to Hunter Biden lauded his efforts in a statement to NBC News.
“This marks a new approach by Hunter Biden and his team,” the person said. “He is not going to sit quietly by as questionable characters continue to violate his rights and media organizations peddling in lies try to defame him.”
That’s right – The nation’s foremost connoisseur of crack and hookers, once so blitzed out of his mind that he smoked parmesan cheese, is standing up to “questionable characters.”
Text messages recently published by the Daily Mail, culled from Hunter Biden’s laptop, appear to show him withholding pay from a female assistant, then later sending varying sums of money as she struggled to pay rent, in exchange for video sex sessions.
During the 2020 presidential debates, then-candidate Biden insisted information found on Hunter’s laptop was simply “a smear campaign” and “a bunch of garbage.”
“I thought Biden told us it was all Russian disinformation,” said former Trump adviser Steve Bannon, who has also been targeted by Hunter’s lawyers.

Discovery ought to be quite interesting. Abandoned property is just that abandoned. That includes data on hard drives.
Except that the laptop was never stolen. It was abandoned by Biden under the terms of service, and became the property of the shop owner.
Second, the data on the laptop is clearly of public interest and thus is open to dissemination unless it had previously been classified by a relevant authority.

Folks this is how the left works. They get caught then try to divert attention from themselves by creating a false front (IE; law suits) in order to take our attention away from them. This is a favorite practice of Satan himself. Satan is the father of lies and that's how he trains his minions. Lawyers are more than willing to participate in this garbage because of their greed. Now we'll see how this plays out in the so called courts and judges. So much corruption one can't be sure of any justice for such rich and powerful people.
