Howard Stern Whines It’s ‘So F***ed Up’ That Mask Mandates Have Ended, Calls Republicans The ‘Wacko Party’

Howard Stern blasted the GOP as the “wacko party” and blamed “a small minority” of people for getting mask and vaccine mandates lifted across the country.

Stern, once known as a shock jock, completed his transformation into the angry old man in the neighborhood yelling at kids to get off his lawn during an episode of his Wednesday show.

“You’ve got all these wackos with their anti-mask, anti-vaccine, the reason they’ve lifted these mask mandates is because we gave into this small minority of people who are completely out of their f***ing mind who think masks are some sort of prison sentence and their freedoms are being taken away,” he railed.

“It used to be nice to have a two-party system. Now it’s wackos versus, you know, Democrats. The wacko party,” Stern continued. “And still to this day, and I hate to say it, only 65 percent of Americans are fully vaccinated, and I can’t help but think the wackos are winning.”

He added, “The whole thing’s so f***ed up.”

Howard Stern Upset Over End of Mask Mandates

Not sure how any self-respecting Republican will recover from the super-edgy ‘wacko’ insult, but we’ll try to soldier on.

About the only thing ‘wacko’ is the notion that Stern still feels he’s a relevant source of entertainment when, in fact, he’s a fossil in the industry.

Now, nobody has ever accused the one-time ‘shock jock’ of being a stickler for research and reasoned arguments, but perhaps he should have done his homework.

Even CNN’s medical analyst, Dr. Leana Wen, has relented.

Stern’s geriatric meltdown comes as New York City Mayor Eric Adams also finally relented on mask mandates for kids under the age of five, announcing they’d no longer be required on April 4th.

Because COVID is only a threat for toddlers over the next 10 days. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a ‘wacko.’

Stern Praises Biden

Howard Stern, following his mask mandate meltdown, defended a fellow has-been who has been put out to pasture – President Biden.

“People [say,] ‘Joe Biden’s not a good president.’ He’s a great president, not a good president. He’s a great president,” Stern said, praising the administration’s handling of the situation in Ukraine.

“There’s some group of us in America who seem to be a little bit in the majority that believe it’s really good for us to be in NATO. It’s good for us to have friends in Europe. It’s good for us to have allies,” Stern added.

“And then there’s the wackos who are like, ‘F*** them. Putin is cool. We like Putin.’ I mean, it’s so outrageously bizarre.”

A recent Pew Research Center survey shows more Americans approve of Biden’s handling of the Russian invasion of Ukraine than disapprove (47-39%), even as his overall job approval is underwater (43% approve, 55% disapprove).

Another poll indicates 56% of Americans think Biden has not been tough enough on Russia.

Howard Stern used to be friends with Donald Trump but his views have certainly changed over the past couple of years.

Stern practically choked on his Centrum Silver during a broadcast in which he delivered an expletive fueled rant against Trump supporters, claiming the former President hates them just about as much as he does.

“The oddity in all of this is the people Trump despises most, love him the most,” the radio host said. “The people who are voting for Trump for the most part … he wouldn’t even let them in a f****** hotel. He’d be disgusted by them.”

“I don’t hate Donald,” Stern said. “I hate you for voting for him, for not having intelligence.”

“I hate you,” he continued speaking to the President’s supporters. “I don’t want you here. I want to build a wall and throw you the f*** out.”

Maureen Callahan of the New York Post best describes what has become of Stern’s career over the past few years.

“Stern sounds like a guy who should have retired years ago, one begging to be fired, an attempt to end his own misery,” she wrote.
